My name is Vreny. I am a musician in Los Angeles. I need a logo for my my company name ZOT Zin Music, which is a company that will cover all my musical businesses and activities under its umbrella. My businesses and specialties include: 1) music instruction & education (teaching Guitar, bass song-writing, recording and production, composition, etc..) at a very high level/quality to anybody who wants to learn music (from total beginners to highly advanced players. I taught a couple of famous people (musicians in Weezer, the son of Nicolas Cage, etc... ) and am one of the busiest guitar instructors in LA. 2) Music production and recording: helping people record and develop their music in my recording studio. 3) I am currently writing 2 books: one is a guitar & music theory book, the other one a book on how to start up and efficiently run a music teaching business and get wealthy teaching music. My books will be published before the end of this year. 4) My activities as a composer, songwriter and performer with various bands and as a solo artist. One of my bands was featured in 3 magazines in Europe in past 2 months, and we won awards for best song in song writing contests and best music videos in some prestigious LA music video competitions. My whole life and career is based and focused on making the world a better, more fun place through music and helping people develop themselves become stronger, more compassionate, more educated and more aware/spiritual people using the joy of playing music and the healing powers of music as my "weapon"/tool/medium to achieve this global/universal growth and awareness. So the activities and businesses that will fall under the umbrella of this company name will basically be: 1) running my own record label (over time) 2) running my own music publishing company (over time) 3) offering music educational services 4) recording studio and music production company 5) performing as a solo artist, with bands and selling merch and albums. ZOT btw in Flemish & Dutch means: "crazy" , but also "a free, quirky, unconventional being", "mentally unstable" (which is not one of the meanings I want to express in my logo hahaha), "in love" Zin: means "meaning, purpose" in Dutch and "To be" (as in the verb) in Flemish. I just really merely liked 1) the sound and the quirky look of this company name with the 2 Z's 2) the fact that English speaking people find the short words in my company name easy to pronounce and pronounce my company name EXACTLY as it would be pronounced in Dutch and Flemish languages. I am not sure. I REALLY like blue. because it is associated with a. Spiritual b. Deep c. Peaceful d. Calm e. Stable and dependable. but on the other hand, I also like the idea of showcasing the "Univeral", "GLOBAL" aspect in my logo, and doing so for example like the google logo or the olympic (the 5 rings) logo with every color depicting one of the races. |

I will be using this design on my letter heads, business cards, websites, etc... I want it to be highly original and stand out. I want all logos to be received by Sunday May 15th deadline the latest. The winner gets $400 dollars. If somehow you manage to completely blow me away with your design beyond my expectations, I WILL actually raise this to $450. All the previous info and my website info clearly shows that I am super honest and reliable. If I state that the winner blowing me away will see his winning price raised to $450, then I will NOT change my mind on this or flake out. I WILL most certainly grant this in case I actually AM blown away by a design, as I feel that everybody should always get fairly compensated for their time, talent and service. If your time, talent and service was of such a level that it exceeds what I expected, you will get 450 Either way... you win $400 at least. Can't wait to see your work.
