The purpose of the joint venture is for the Chinese investment group to fund the developers high rise condo/hotel/casino/housing projects. The projects will be located in Seoul. The total amount being raised will be over $350 Million USD. This logo will be seen on the London Stock Exchange as that is where the funds for the projects will be raised by the Chinese investment group.
