I gave you the link. Designers should know this without having to be told. You cannot incorporate someone else's mark into your design without their permission. Twitter's terms of use for their "bird" is on the page I linked and it specifically says, Do not Use the marks in a way that might imply a false sense of partnership or endorsement with your brand.
