Please delete the aquatic therapy address from the letterhead and envelops; despite my encouragement to have these separated & distinct most of the drafts continue to display the Aquatic Therapy address as the primary site of business. Understand it is just an off-site location where I use a pool; there is no receptionist or office there. With that said, please make sure your business card design clearly reads that my office is located at 103 E. Main St.....
Also, do not put email addresses on letterhead.

Our letterhead is used for correspondence to our physicians primarily.
As you design the page, keep in mind I always need to put the following information:

Business Cards: (Full Color)
We use an off-site pool for the aquatic therapy. The 1350 Nikkel address needs to be presented in a way so as not to interfere with the address of the clinic (103 E. Main St….) So far, everyone has stacked the addresses and put Aquatic Therapy first; it doesn’t look right and it is confusing to patients. The aquatic therapy address needs to be distinctly separated from the main clinic address &should read as:

Bethany Home
1350 Nikkel Way
Ripon, CA 95366
The main clinic address should be clearly associated with the phone , fax & email address
BACK OF CARD:

experience. Working in concert with your physician, the perfect Tri-Fecta is
created ensuring you achieve a successful outcome. Expect Results – For Life (use something creative instead of the hyphen). I think you get the message I am trying to convey; feel free to spruce it up.
Option B: our logo in some fashion and the short phrase “Expect Results”

The letterhead needs to include the owner and the primary treating therapist’s names; (preferably at the bottom?)
