i like 204. but something is weird about the bottom.
can you change the bottom blue line one last time to see if somehting better could be made. maybe nothing at all?
Also on 204 maybe a different blue. Can we try a darker?
Same on the white. i like it. The only thing is the bottom blue line

1. Make the same changes as the clear card for the front.
For the back.
1. Make a short blue like under Absolute Title Agency. I want to separate the top from the body.
2. Same for the bottom. After the body. On top of the Commercial & Residential.
3. Make www.NYClosingCosts.com, Commercial & Residential and www.ABSTITLE.com BLACK.
4. I do not like the blue line on the bottom.

The winning designer will have to provide “text editable” files and the “curved/outlined” files as well. Please make sure that both set of files are sent together. Also font(s) file needs to be sent with the final artwork.
