  Porteur du Projet
  The use of the logo on both the front and the back seems too much.
  
  I would prefer that the logo be used only on the BACK, and give emphasis on my name (Dr. Antoine .....) and job description (chirurgie ortho.....)
  
  Please add my postal address to my details : POBOX 615 Jounieh
  
  Plz provide TWO versions of the front : one with only cell number/email/postal mail/website, AND another with the same but provide a place for three hospitals to which i will edit later
  
  The front should thus have TWO or THREE categories (with and without the hospitals):
  
  a- Name and job description (Dr antoine ,chirurgie ....)
  
  b- contact details (cell/postal/email/website)
  
  c- three short lines or space for THREE hospital addresses

  The winning designer will have to provide “text editable” files and the “curved/outlined” files as well. Please make sure that both set of files are sent together. Also font(s) file needs to be sent with the final artwork.
