It has been really interesting to see the different approaches and creative concepts that have been submitted through this entire process. As we get close to the end we would like to thank everyone for their help and provide one last little bit of feedback.
When I see this design I can envision it representing our product. The logo mark could be used to the side, above, or even without the brand name. It’s a mark that has both strength from a marketing perspective and a design perspective making it ideal for our situation. It is in this type of direction we would like the logo concepts to move towards.
I personally thought this one was pretty interesting but would have some concerns about what type of message it communicates to consumers. I also see this type of logo used a lot and would be concerned about creating enough differentiation.
I just don’t think using characters like this when can end up creating the message we want to consumers. I also see these types of marks represent so many fitness products which mean our product becomes less differentiated if we would use them.
We like the integration of the K and the F to make the symbol but think the overall mark lacks the statement of strength and appeal we need to capture. We also prefer not using a heavily stylized font as it leads to problems in logo functionality when applied in different settings.
Thanks for all of the great submissions so far, we wanted to continue providing feedback so that you guys have a better understanding of what we are looking for.
We do not feel that these images are representative of our product. Without the brand image they would not be a strong enough or unique enough brand mark. These types of logos can also be difficult to use in certain functions like commercial signage.
One of the reasons we feel this is one of the better designs is because of the presence and strength of the brand mark. We feel that immediate attention is drawn to the mark then to the brand name. This is a good mark but we still does not capture the intensity of the experience.
We need a mark that tells consumers “if I do this activity I will be a tougher person”. When people drive by our facility and see the signage out front with the logo they should be able to differentiate our product from other gyms. As stated before we are also looking for a highly functional logo. The brand mark should be able to be applied next to the brand name, above the brand name, or completely separate from the brand name. It must be visually pleasing on a variety of products like commercial signage, marketing material, equipment, apparel, and other merchandise.
The logo must help communicate to consumers the type of product and experience our product represents. Our main fitness program is composed of segments including plyometrics, cardio, strength training, bag work (boxing), core, and a little bit of yoga. Personal Training and other fitness classes will also be availible through our facilities. We want to differentiate ourselves from the 24-hour box club like anytime fitness, Snap fitness, Bally, Gold's Gym, etc. We believe our consumers are looking for a "real" experience where that can increase their functional strength through challenging tough workouts. We like the #10 image we uploaded because we think it demonstrates what our consumers are seeking and want to be like. Our logo must match this feeling and enhance images like #10 really grabbing the attention of potential clients.
Please look at design 10. This is a photo that will be representing our product as well as others similar to it. The logo will have to have the same look/feeling as the women in this picture.
Thanks for submitting the logo concepts #1 - #4 they look real nice. We wanted to provide additional feedback that could maybe provide further direction in this process.
What we liked
• Design 2 & 4 could easily be integrated into a commercial signage using channeled lettering.
• Each design was a unique and modern approach to a fitness logo
• Design 2 Mark could be pulled out a used in a fanciful way to represent the brand on products
What we didn’t see
• Design #3 used a font that could be difficult to use in various applications
• The logos do not convey a message of empowerment or edge that represents an extreme training program.

If you visit our facebook page at www.facebook.com/kisadofitness you will see an image of a female athlete with hand wraps as the avatar. Our logo must seamlessly bond with those types of images and send similar messages into the marketplace. Again thanks for your help and we look forward to looking at more design concepts.

Nice clean design, but we are looking for a Brand Mark that could eventually represent the product in the absence of the brand name.
