I think I need to repeat the following points:
1). Please keep in mind the aspect ratio (length:width) of the logo. It has to match our other logos. There are quite a few submissions here that do not meet this criteria.
2). The design should not be "cartoony". It should be serious and thoughtful. Also it should not be cluttered.
#38: Interesting design but the chicken looks a little scary
#39, #207: Both designs are simple and elegant yet quite vibrant. #39 is a little too cartoony,but I would say #207 is one of the best designs so far. Good work. Can you show how it would look printed in 2 colors only (like we are restricted to on the feed bag)? Also can you show how it would look in different 2-color combinations for different products within the same brand?
#40, #46, #47: Definitely an improvement over #23, which itself was quite nice. I like #47 better because it is cleaner, but for now I am keeping both for comparison. Can you give more options with different fonts? Also please use solid colors and not gradients.#40/#47 are one of the best design.
#41, #42, #45, #49, #50, #69, #78, #80, #83, #84, #110, #111, #112, #113, #114, #118, #125, #126, #140, #171, #178: I am sorry but all these are a step back on #131. The way the initials are used has imporved (e.g. #49). The corn kernel seems to be forced in (it is not required). I would suggest going back to the original. Something like #178 (both the initials and bird are fine in that one), but make it more colorful.
#119, #121, #141, #170, #214, #215: You have incorporated the shape of an old manual poultry drinker which is not appropriate for this logo.
#128, #131, #135, #169, #198, #199, #210, #211, #212, #213: You have tried to make the logo look very much like the parent company logo (but remember that it is the logo of one of our other brands as well). We want to differentiate this one so this is not appropriate.
#44: Sorry but the design is too bland.
#48: Design is okay but itstoo generic. Does not convey any meaning.
#51, #74, #108: Sorry but the designs are too bland. The chicken still seems to be crying.
#52: Design is nice and simple but I do not understand what it means to convey. Does not seem to have any relationship with poultry, feed or Indus.
#53, #54, #55, #56, #57, #58, #59, #62: All good designs. I particularly like #54 and #58.
#60, #61, #63, #65: The design is nice but it seems quite generic.
#64: You seem to have withdrawn the design. It was quite good, if you could make it more colorful and remove the three specks near the beak. I hope youwill bring it back.
#66, #67, #68, #70: You are using the same elements as before but the design is too cluttered. Too much is going on at the same time.
#71, #72: Also too generic
#73: It looks more like a smartphone than a logo for poultry feed.
#75, #77: #75 has the wrong proportions and is too generic. #77 is a littly cartoony but still interesting.
#79: Does not convey anything
#81, #82: Its hard to see that happening here
#85, #86, #87, #88, #89: All designs have nothing to do with poultry feed but are interesting geometrical arrangements and the colors used are bright and vivid. I am keeping #85, #86 and #88 for further comparison. It would be great if you could incorporate something the liks these to poultry, feed or Indus.
#90: I quite like this design. Is there any way to make if conform to the dimensions of our other logos?
#99, #100, #101, #102, #103, #104, #106: Both the designs (and variations) are lively and colorful. I quite like #103/#104. The other design reminds me of the CNBC logo. #103/#104 can be improved by making the font more elegant. Can you show me some variations?
#107: Interesting design. Can you make it conform to the aspect ratio of our other logos?
#109: It looks more like a fish than a chicken
#115, #116, #117: The first two are too cartoony. Can you modify #117 to conform to the aspect ratio of our other logos and remove the tagline?
#120, #122: #32 is still the better design. Please take a look at my last input for #32.
#124, #181: #124 is too generic. #181 is interesting. Can you make the eye black instead of white.The white eye makes it look like the chicken is angry.
#127, #129, #130: Too cartoony
#132, #133, #134, #136: #136 is too complex. The rest are interesting variations. To me it seems that the original #27 is the best yet, but I will keep #132 and #133 for comparison.
#137: Interesting concept but it does not conform to the dimensions of our previous logos.
#139: One of the best so far. Cant think of anything I would like changed in this one. Good work.
#142, #144, #147, #176: Of these #176 is the better but I feel like I have seen this graphic somewhere before. Generally all the designs seem a little crude.
#143: I can hardly see what your design looks like. Kindly upload a better image of just the logo.
#145: Too generic and the chicken looks angry
#146, #172, #173, #174: All interesting designs albeit a little cartoony. I like #146 and #172 better. Can you change the font to something better?
#148, #179, #180: I am sorry but these are too bland
#149: The design is quite elegant and I like the styling in the text. I am afraid it will be hard to print on polypropylene bags and still retain its character.
#150, #151, #152, #154, #155: All except #155 are too cluttered.
#153: I like the simplicity of the design
#156, #157, #158: The designs are too generic. Despite that #157 and #158 are quite striking. Can you make the markers in #157 look a bit like a corn kernel? Also its difficult to describe but can you change the colors to something more relevant?
#159, #160, #161, #162, #163, #164, #165: #159 to #163 are too bland. #164 and #165 are interesting. Can you change the font and color combinations?
#166, #167, #168: Too generic
#175, #177, #202: These are too cartoony
#182, #183, #184, #185: Also too generic
#187, #188, #189, #190, #191, #192, #193, #194, #216, #217, #218, #219, #220, #221, #222, #223:Interesting and very colorful designs. I quite like #216 and #217/#218/#219.
#195, #196, #197: Of these I like #197 although it resembles the CJ logo (mentioned in the brief) quite a lot. Can you demonstrate what the logo will look like if printed in 2-colors only?
#200, #201: Interesting design but there seems to be a lot going on. Can you make it simpler?
#204, #205, #206, #208, #209: I like the idea but the gradient will be impossible to print on a bag.
#224: How does this relate to what we do or what we want to logo to convey?

Please be informed that your project is a veiled project and designers are restricted to view only their own drafts which ensure that each design has its own originality however, you being a project holder can see all the designs.
Suggestion: Provide consistent feedback and star rating on designs to attract more designers towards your project.

MycroBurst permits you to submit unlimited designs with unlimited variations. However, if you are providing 2 or 3 different color versions of the same logo in one draft, please make sure that if the particular draft gets finalized, each color version should be separated before you will send the final files.

First a few general comments:
1). Please keep in mind the aspect ratio (length:width) of the logo. It has to match our other logos. There are quite a few submissions here that do not meet this criteria.
2). The design should not be "cartoony". It should be serious and thoughtful. Also it should not be cluttered.
3). Broilers, layers and breeders have a very particular shape. Some submissions have heads of birds drawn so out of proportion that they do not look like poultry. Kindly correct these. Following are a few links for reference:

#1,#12: Please refer to points 2 and 3 above. Also it would be better if you could show corn rather than wheat in the logo.
#2: Please refer to point 1 mentioned above.
#3, #4, #6, #7, #9: I like how you have written "Indus", however I could not figure out that the logo means. Please elaborate how this is related to poultry feed?
#5: Logo is too generic. It needs to have a character.
#8, #10, #11: Interesting design but it would be difficult to print due to the parallel lines. It looks like an optical illusion from a distance.Also, what does the triangle signify?
#36, #37: Also interesting. I would say these are better than (#8, #10, #11). #37 does not fulfil requirement 1 mentioned above. However they have the same problem of feeling like optical illusions. Also can you make them more relevant to poultry feed. Colors are also dull.
#13,#18: Refer to points 1 and 2 above.
#14,#16: #14 is too generic and lacks character. For #16 please refer to point 3 above. Also, it seems that that the bird is crying.
#15: Refer to points 1, 2 and 3 above.
#17: Please refer to point 1 above.
#19, #20, #21: These are basically the same design and I like the colorful one (#21). The chicken seems very fimiliar. Kindly confirm that this is not a copyrighted or freely available image.
#22, #26: I have seen the exact same design in another competition we ran earlier. Please try something new.
#23, #24: I really like the idea. #24 has the problem mentioned in point 1 above. #23 is one of the best designs so far. The corn kernels with brown in the center makes it look mouldy (this is a rejection quality criteria we check for in incoming corn. Take a look at http://nkcropbarometer.files.wordpress.com/2009/11/blue-green-ear-mould.jpg). The shape of the kernel needs to be corrected (Here is a reference: http://www.sanstar.in/images/corn.jpg - no need to copy the exact shape, its just a guideline). Also I think you have tried in the current design as well, but the center round can be formed into a pattern which may look nicer.
#25, #28, #30, #31, #35: Good design but the colors are bland. I like #31 with the flat initials. The bird definitely needs revision. In all iterations, the bird looks sad and alarmed and the beak seems malformed.
#27: I like the simplicity and use of negative spaces. Is it possible to incorporate something within the logo the suggests a link to poultry feed or Indus? Is it possible to achieve better geometrical symmetry? Specifically the light green potion in the middle is an odd shape.
#29: Also a good design but please consider point 1 mentioned above. Also the logo is for "Indus Feeds", not "Indus Farms".
#32, #33, #34: #33 and #34 are too cartoony. I quite like #32 because it is simple and artistic. The round looks like a kernel of soybean (or maybe an egg). It would be great if it could look like a kernel of corn (see link above).
