Thanks to all designers for your fantastic designs!!! It's been very difficult for me to decide what I like best, as all of you submitted very high quality work and I wish I could pick at least three winners...
Although there are two days left in this contest, I have found the logo that perfectly fits my needs, and hence we have a winner. I think its only fair to tell all of you now already, so that you do not invest any more time and effort in a contest which is actually already decided!
Once again, thanks to all of you, I realize that some of you who submitted excellent work are disappointed, but I had to chose between excellent, excellent and excellent...
@all designers: I'm convinced that I'll pick one of the "brain-in-helmet" designs because that's perfect to convey my message. So I'd like to save all of you, who are working on alternative designs, time and work by letting you know! I'm very sorry especially for creativethoughts, Fernando and DistinctDSX because I really like the high quality work you submitted, thank you really much! As a helicopter fanatic I love #37, it would be excellent if the helicopter had rotor-blades ;-) however for my current project it is less suited than the helmet concepts.
That's gonna be difficult to chose a winner! I realize that it must be very frustrating to put a lot of work in those designs when somebody else wins in the end... I wish I could chose more than 1 winner... Some of you submitted designs that come quite close to what I'm looking for, but I hope you understand that I'm looking for the "perfect" design I'd therefore also like to wait for the input of other designers as we have 6 more days to go in this contest...
@rockin67: #33 the blue version of your brain is great! Nice 3-D look! However, your helmet #35 is better than #33...
@MariaW: very nice "overall" package: good brain, good helmet, good star of life, good fonts and colors... That round "thing" in the helmet (I don't know how it's called, I'm not a native speaker) is too prominent and draws away the attention from the brain. Maybe the color in the star of life could fade even a little more?
@designer83: your helmet in #8 as well as colors and text style are fantastic (not to say perfect)! However unfortunately your brain doesn't really convince me yet. I'd prefer to have the picture bigger and the text smaller. Not sure what your helmet would look like in a star of life, but I could imagine that it might look great when embedded in the outline of the star (just thin lines, not completely filled with color).... What do you think?
@jtrozario:thanks for your input, but its actually not what I'm looking for.
@Maria: #25 and #26 the bluish brain is great and I like the how the color fades in the star of life. Also the two-colored text is very nice, difficult to say which font is better, I like them both...
@jtrozario: cool design, would use this logo immediately if I was offering psychological consulting or something like that, but does not really convey the concept of brain protection I'm looking for
Great job by all designers so far!
@MariaW: very nice, especially #10! The brian looks very much like a brain should look like, and good use of the life of star! I appreciate that you're trying to get the x-ray look by using black-and-white, but the helmet is too gray and that round structure in the helmet is too prominent. Maybe try some other color for the helmet? The text is a little too bold, maybe also try some other font? Could you also move down the text a little more so that the star of life is not cut off that much at the bottom?
@DistinctGSX: very neat and clean design, excellent brain! I especially like #13.
@Rockin67: in #16 and 20#, the brian seems to have a nice bluish x-ray style aspect and the surface of the brain looks great. However, the brain is difficult to see and recognize as we are looking at the helmet from the front. And, I'm sorry, but I don't like your helmet.
@aldila87: I appreciate that you come up with so many really different fancy designs, but it's actually not the style I'm looking for.
Wow, thanks for the fast upload of these nice designs!
@designer83: up to now, your drafts are my favorite, especially #8 (nice colors!). The logo should be bigger relative to the text.
@Dylan: looks too "military"
@Manecci and Aldila87: nice and original designs, but not really what I'm looking for

It is not a good thing when logo becomes a painting
I would opt-out of 3D looks at all.
I'd chose #10 with the focus on the brain as my full-color and #120 as B&W version
Also #85 is wonderful! Very SHARP
