Draft #221 - We like how this design gives the feeling of action and movement. Those are good adjectives for property management.

We like the strong graphical element of #220 and #228.

We like the design and font on #171; the font how there is a space between the lines on the B, E and K.

Draft #41 - We still really like this concept. The proportions are very nice. It is clean and there isn't too much visual weight given to the key.

Draft #55, Draft #56, Draft #67 - We very much like the graphical design of these. The problem is that with two of them, it is too difficult to fully read the company name.

Draft #44 - We also like the graphical look of this. In sharing it with some other people, it reminded them of the Bloods and the Crips. For those outside the US, those are gangs.
And yes, freelancerindia77, we are quite attracted to Draft #108. bojoeus, can you give us some slight variations on it? What would it look like if the spacing between the "E" and the "K" were the some as the other letters? Maybe with a font that isn't quite as heavy?

So, please use these as examples of what we are looking for. You may also try some stylized designs per our last comment below.

Thank you again for all your hard work. We have some great designs to pick from.

In regards to the comment below about making a stylized key, here are some great examples from BIMPOP's portfolio.

http://orders.logodesignguru.com/drafts/display/contest/71018/draft/550729 - this shows a stylized elephant, all done with one very well place line at the top.

http://orders.logodesignguru.com/drafts/display/contest/65203/draft/502208 - creates a cup from just a few lines.

http://orders.logodesignguru.com/drafts/display/contest/71615/draft/546125 - frozen ice cream with a few lines.

    http://orders.logodesignguru.com/drafts/display/contest/34334/draft/295705 - a peach with a few lines.

We see a lot of skeleton keys starting to happen. Although we did rate a design high that had a skeleton key, we aren't necessarily looking for that. We still like Draft #9, but are hoping for a key that looks a little less cartoonish and more professional. The key is very nice, just not for our intended audience.

We see some really great talent coming in. Thanks to all for your contributions. We would like somebody to try a concept that uses a very stylized rendition of a key, a key that isn't so obviously a key shape. Maybe something that uses a few very well placed simple lines that subtly give the appearance of a key.

We are having some very nice designs coming in. We appreciate your hard work. Draft #37 has some good potential, once the key is modified to resemble a "b" a little more. We like the darker blue better than the similar light blue. The dark blue may be a bit dark.

We still really like Draft #35. It is more horizontal now than it was. And with a little work on the key highlighting, it'll be great. We like the font in #35 best.

And we like draft #28 due to it being creative and using a logo shape other than a key. Although we would like a darker blue.

This logo will be used on a shirts, large yard signs, letterhead/business cards, and legal contracts. Most of the logos look very nice large, but we need to have a logo that can:

    1. Reproduce nicely at 200 pixels.
    2. Reproduce well using a black laser printer and photocopies.

We would like somebody to come up with a concept that doesn't have so much vertical height. Thank you.

In case some of you didn't / don't see the link of sample logos we like, from our brief, I'm posting that link here as well.

I got together with a member of our LLC tonight and we would like to give some initial feedback. We really like the concepts so far. You are some very talented people. (Which is why we came to LogoDesignGuru in the first place.)

Draft #7 has really caught our eye so far. It has the corporate look we want.

We will be marketing toward other corporations, in part, and want to have a logo that clearly says that we are a corporation too.

We also like Draft #10, but so far it feels more like a sole proprietorship, a smaller business. We are going to take our business to a level far beyond what most property management companies are (most are rather small). So we need a logo that speaks that we are a large, professional corporation.
