  Blog banner plus design

  Win It Solitaire

The leading site for winning Klondike Solitaire

  YES

Creating blogs, some info-only sites. This will be a blog about strategies to win the common Solitaire game, Klondike Solitaire.

  First, please see attached file:
"package limited to 300.png"
My intention was to offer $350, but request one additional design.
So I tried the "package" to request "more designs", but it limited me to $300 (INCLUDING MycroBurst's fee).

SO: I offer $350 for the standard banner, plus I do need one more design, a second graphic.

The BANNER will go on the top of each page. Additionally, I need another GRAPHIC to go on a few pages of the site.

The banner should be inviting. The site will not be cluttered or crowded. Samples/ideas attached, but they are just WordArt. A shadow or reflection below helps give an airy feeling.

The banner needs to show the site name WinItSolitaire stylized, but easy to read and remember. Below that, my tagline The leading site for winning Klondike Solitaire

For the additional graphic, from the selections above, I was unable to find the exact proportional measurement I need, but THIS is what I'm after:

The 4 Kings of a standard deck of playing cards, next to each other (in same sequence as pictured, clubs, spades, diamonds, hearts) forming an ASSEMBLED jigsaw puzzle. The idea to convey is that winning Solitaire is like completing a puzzle.

1. I'm concerned about COPYRIGHT Infringement, so I doubt we can just use a photograph.

2. The attachment shows "Jumbo" playing cards, so all the "K" designations are good for this project as well - big and easy to read.

3. The Kings can be drawn(?) more simply than these appear, but crisp and clear. Maybe the up-side-down King is not necessary; just ensure the picture is a clear, simple rendering of a king on a playing card. (If it's flashy, it will detract from the point of the site.)

4. Lines then need to be added over the 4 kings such to make it look like one, completed jigsaw puzzle. A (VERY) rough sample of a puzzle piece is attached, and the completed puzzle should have about 10-14 of them.

5. This graphic will be about 35% to 40% as high as it is wide, so around 800 pixels across by 300 pixels high. I may look at 2 cards on top and 2 on the bottom, 400 px across by 600 px high.

Remember the SEQUENCE of the suits: clubs, spades, diamonds, and lastly hearts. (If 2 and 2, then: clubs then spades on top and diamonds and hearts on the bottom.)

The site's primary color will be blue/light blue.

The site (winitsolitaire.com) presently only has an UNRELATED logo; for samples, see attached files only.

File "blue & dark blue arch with reflection below.png" ok but the dark blue is just a little too dark.
ALSO include tagline The leading site for winning Klondike Solitaire

blue___white_arched_with_shadow_30355.png

this, plus the tagline.
BTW, I wonder about adding a small version of the puzzle picture to the banners?

This is only to depict the sequence, and the size of the "K", and the relative size of the suit icons. I'm sure the design is copyrighted and I have no intention of using it on my site!
