  Thanks to all talented designers for submitting such creative logos! We have extended the project just to give everyone a little bit more time to put all their imaginative ideas on paper.
  
  After carefully reviewing all the current submissions, we've decided that we are most interested in logos that have a theme of either tapestry or threads, integrated with an image of DNA or a chromosome.
  
  We are NOT interested in logos that are based on an image of TB or any part of the company name.
  
  We are looking forward to even more creative ideas and awarding a winner!

  Here are updated descriptions our design brief to help clarify what we are looking for in the logo:
  
  Describe your business
  
  We are a company that develops web tools for biomedical scientists. The major theme of these tools is allowing researchers to share and connect different strands of information
  Describe your company's culture or personality (as it may apply to the design, i.e. serious, creative, etc)
  
  The mission of our company is to help the biomedical community to connect knowledge. Thus the name Tapestry Biosystems (a tapestry is a type of art made of textiles. Different colored threads are woven together to form the overall image). In the same way, we are weaving strands of knowledge together to help people visualize the greater picture. Therefore, we would like our logo to represent the idea of weaving different threads/ideas/knowledge together. This should be clearly, symbolically, and stylishly conveyed in our logo
  
  Do you have any additional concepts or ideas?
  
  Please design the logo around the idea of weaving/combining threads together, or around the idea of symbolizing a tapestry.
