DESIGNERS, THANK YOU FOR YOUR AMAZING WORK AND CREATIVITY! AWESOME JOB! WISH WE COULD SELECT ALL OF THEM! THANK YOU VERY MUCH AND WE LOOK FORWARD TO WORKING WITH YOU ON THE NEXT PROJECT (WE ARE STARTING A CLOTHING LINE SOON). WE WILL MAKE A DECISION SHORTLY. -JEFF/PH
AndreyDesigner, we really like design #104 but we are wondering if you could change the flower to a white Plumaria? All the girls wear these in their hair (see pics on our website at www.beachesbodyworks.com). The Plumaria could become a symbol for our business. Thanks and good luck!
mvillaman, I like designs #56, #57, #58, but the cursive font is a little harder to read than a bold type font and the design elements aren't quite as refined or unique. Thanks for your participation and good luck!
Hi all!
I choose the brown and orange, because I think they shows the retro feeling, you mentioned. The circles are also refer the style. I think the flower refers hawaii, the beach, so the relax. In my opinion, the logo should be clear, simple, from 2-3 colors, not so detail but also attractive, because if you want to use it so many surface it won't be work.
The details will disappear, and the too much colors can be more expensive, I think. Others, what do you think? :)

Designers, here is some feedback and direction on your final designs submittals. We like the bold, simple, modern look. Less is more. The logo must be easy to read from a distance and non-complicated. Some of the designs that have been submitted are fun and "beachy" but have too much going on. We like design #14 and #15 because it is simple, bold, direct, and unique. We also like the horizontal format and it looks good in b&w. It is a little hard to read (the font is perhaps a little too stylish) and the flower is a little difficult to interpret. We would like to see some different colors too, if possible (lime green, pink, yellow, blue). The brown and orange/pink is pretty cool (kinda reminds me of roxy or something) but some of the feedback has been "why brown?" We also like what's going on with the surf boards, although the designs need to be refined a little bit. We also like what's going on with design #26 and #43. Very strong, bold, and modern. We have decided to steer away from the human form. Originally we were thinking we would hire only women, but now we are wanting to move in a direction of offering both men and women therapists. So we don't want to stereotype the business. For this reason, we want to move away from the female silhouettes, pin ups, bikini's, etc and go with a more classic, universal, non-gender based logo. Think Roxy, Ocean Pacific, or search "surf logos" for ideas. Hope this helps and thanks for all your work and creativity!
Hello designers, so for the mix-up. I had contacted site admin and asked them to extend the contest another 10 days and up the prize an additional $250 to a total $500 but somehow it didn't happen. So I'm doing it now. Good luck and the contest is definitely guaranteed. This round we will make a decision and award the prize.
