| Beach Buns Fitness & Yoga is a small studio located on a small fishing and diving island in the Caribbean. The customer base of the island and our studio is a young budget traveler, typically in their 20s. The philosophy of our studio is unique and reflects our customer base. We offer sculpting and Latin dance classes. Our yoga classes are unique in that we focus on flexibility and strength, not spirituality nor chanting, or such things that are often associated with yoga. We are fun and youthful, for example, we offer a yoga class for hangovers, which is popular with the clientele we serve. We are a serious studio with excellent intructors, but we convey a casual and fun atmosphere. As I mention, we do not focus on spiritual fulfillment, but rather we convey an attitude that we and our customers are "sleek, sexy, and powerful" We would like our logo to convey these qualities. | ||

| We are not completely firm in our color choices, however, colors that reflect a Caribbean atmosphere seem to fit best. We drew out a rough sketch (that I have uploaded). In it we used a purple and blue/green color scheme. We serve mostly females, but we do get male customers and do not want the logo to appear too feminine, so we would prefer to not use pink. I also think yellow will be too light. | ||

| I have uploaded a very rough sketch of a general idea for our logo. It will be centered around our name "Beach Buns" which conveys our fun/casual/sexy attitude. You can see from the sketch that the large sized "B" that refers to the B in 'Beach' and 'Buns' and it appears (not very well in the sketch) to be in the shape of a butt. We think it would be good if we can make that "B" appear as a silhouette or vector of a nice figured buttocks. In order to make the "B" easy to distinguish as a "B" the other color can be used as a contrast in the form of a small or thong bikini bottom, perhaps with the bikini straps extending from the "B" a bit to give a little wavy design . This is somewhat delicate because we want this to look sexy, not silly. We are fun and casual, but we do not want to the image to look cartoonish or goofy. The font should be casual, perhaps wavy, but easy to read. We do not want a firm, corporate looking block font though. Underneath and slightly to the right of the main "Beach Buns" portion, we would like to have the words "Fitness & Yoga" in a slightly smaller font. Underneath this, and perhaps a bit smaller, we would like to have our location "Utila, Honduras" If it is possible to give it some other aspect of the Caribbean atmosphere, that would be good, but we don't want it to be too busy. Maybe a simple horizon line could indicate the ocean in the background. I am not certain on this, however. We do not want any yoga pose vectors or lotus flowers that are common for yoga logos. | ||

| logo_23151.tiff This is a very rough sketch that gives an idea of the layout.It is a bit squished, perhaps. The "B" does not do a very good job of showing the butt silhouette that I described in my description. It is an important aspect to the logo design, however, and wish for it to be done with care. Thanks! |

| B1_23376.jpg Here is a sketch of a revised "B". I think it makes it more clear what the B is supposed to represent and can still be done in a way that looks classy and sexy. Perhaps it lends an illustrative piece to the logo rather than mostly text. |

| B2_23377.jpg This is similar to the one above, but I added a little knot on the bikini bottom to make it look more true to life. I also attempted to add a hint of light blue shadow on the "B"...I'm not sure if that will look good or not though. |
