  Hello,
  I like draft #3 very much, but would like to ask for some changes.
  1. Try to use a different font, not bubble font.
  2. Can the flag be placed and extended and a little behind (and the length of) the title? The blue triangle and star would be located next to the "Ban" of Banderas.
  3. I like the sky blue color. good job.
