  @CuteCindy, #20 we like the idea. If you could get rid of "inc" and then make Bancroft and Development the same length, and maybe make the graphic smaller? It is big, and kind of overshadows the company name. Thanks!

  @Nadya, #23 - on the wording, please make Development the same length as Bancroft. On the logo, your house design is one of our absolute favorites. If you could make the arc underneath less symmetrical, we would like it even better. Thank you!

  @Hexart, #4, Love the graphic! On the wording, can you make the B and T the same size as the rest of the word, and then make Development so it is the same length as Bancroft? Nice work!

  @seedesign, #9, we LOVE the overall feel of the logo. The size and font is great. The logo is a bit delicate - we are thinking that on a real estate sign, as someone drives by a house at 30mph, they're going to look at the graphic and think it is a mountain range? Maybe make the houses bigger and the ground smaller.

  @jaggu, we think the single house needs to be bigger and maybe the ground under it needs to be smaller. The house looks a little small and forlorn. #2 is growing on us, but we think it would look even better if the ground under the houses were a little less cloud-like. Thank you!

  @lakshmiks, #10, #12 and #13, We're not in love with the solid block of color on the right side of the logo. Can you re-do so it doesn't look so heavy on the one side? It looks like there is a block sticking out of the house. Maybe a bit more exciting color, too. Otherwise we love this logo!

  @Jaggu, We love the elements inside the circle on design #3 (the single house and striped ground, but we would like that inside the square shape of design #2. Possible?
  
  The word layout is perfect. Love the font; that's exactly what we're looking for.
