  Project holder has given something else in his requirement but his final selection was very opposite and this is not healthy and praiseworthy.

  I appreciate the designs.
  
  We service banks, credit unions and payday lenders. The payday are the toughest audience. Here is some refinement notes.
  
  Solid, heavy (not extreme), 3D, Shading, Reflection, Shiny, Masculine colors, are more proper for my audience. A good example is draft#1 and draft#2. Other drafts have the qualities, but would just need color adjustment which is not a problem for us to imagine, i.e. draft #8.
