I have honestly never seen an e-commerce website that I like. I find that they are always in your face about selling, which is fine if you want to buy and leave but I would like our website to be beautiful and to display the beauty of the objects sold on it. Hopefully you can change that :) I am a believer in the less is more philosophy. I like spacious classy minimalistic websites. I left the colour scheme open to give you freedom in this area. Whatever you think you can make work is cool. I should say that even though i don't like the current website, I don't mind the four basic colours on the menu on this page: http://damascenetreasures.ca/as.html (the colours behind "glass" "Furniture", "Textiles", and "Home accents"). I tried to design one myself. One thing that I went for there is minimal text. I tried to use images as much as I can. I would like five pages designed: - The home page A page that displays an overview of the company and products. - A list page A page where you can see a list of the products in a category - A detailed view page. When you click on a specific product you will see this page with a big picture of the product and information about it and a button to buy it - A checkout page An overview of your cart and a form to fill in payment information. - A generic content page.
