We are looking to capture the essence of our brand for a new Mobile App. Arrivalist is a Mobile App that gives provides 3 things to the user: 1)credits for Arriving at a destination 2)special deals & offers unique to that destination and 3)content about the surrounding area. Arrivalist is a new start up founded by seasoned entrepreneurs. We are looking to compete with foursquare, gowalla, shopkick and facebook places. So the logo should be very social-mobile-local like twitter... We need to be able to get the brand across in a small button like twitter, facebook, etc. |

Considering the competitive set, I had imagined that a nice red and silver would be good. Might help us stand out from the competition. We want to stay away from the green of shopkick or the blue of twitter or foursquare. | ||

Some of the images that have come to mind when we think of the Arrivalist are: 1)Someone rolling out a red carpet for you when you step out of a car. ' 2)A rockstar stepping on to stage with lights shining up at the sky behind him/her for dramatic effect. 3)A gymnast standing with her arms up in the air--victorious after completing a complicated routine. These are the images that we associate with the "joy of an empowered arrival." |
