I would like to see some use of food/ restaurant imagery, other than a spoon and fork as I suggested in my brief. That was a merely a suggestion to get your rolling, not my desired intent.
MycroBurst permits you to submit unlimited designs with unlimited variations. However, if you are providing 2 or 3 different color versions of the same logo in one draft, please make sure that if the particular draft gets finalized, each color version should be separated before you will send the final files.
Designs 13 and 16: 4 stars for using "AFL" as an icon/ emblem with culinary images, but I'm not in love with the icon, as created. Good work - keep at it!
Designs 14 and 15: 1 star for just being too plain and using red, white, and black.
Designs 2, 3, 7: I like them, but they are a little plain, thus I awarded two starts
Designs 1 and 9: I like these designs, but I have concerns about the image cutting across the letters, particularly since I will likely be using the image (or variation of the same through a forthcoming Stationary/ Business Card project) on my firm's letterhead in black and white.
Good work so far!
I would like to see more creative imagery that captures and conveys my brand more noticeably.
I do not like or want traditional legal images, such as scales of justice, a gavel, or a Roman columns. I am looking for a novel, innovative design, as described in my brief.
If you think you can meet my expectations while inputting a modern-looking spin of a traditional legal image, go for it, but please be aware of my general desires.

Designs 16 - 19: Good efforts, but they're too busy and industrial looking.

Here's some examples of designs, based on initials, that I like:

Here are some that I think are too plain (no offense intended to the designers):

I'd like to see more subtle uses of the culinary imagery, as well as imagery that captures my other brand attributes.
Good work all!

In my Creative Brief, I suggested a red, white, and black color scheme. After seeing this scheme in some drafts, I don't like its look.
Please pursue other color schemes, including, but certainly not limited to, the color suggestions in my brief.
Good work so far (and in such little time)! Please keep the creative, high quality work coming!
