  General comment/questions on all logos, what is the expected background color for the logo, or what color do you feel is best considering our current design. Our current background color is dark-gray ... that said we can change it, however it wasn't our initial thought to do so.

  Orange background in drafts 12 through 18 is too bright. The background detracts from the company name.
  
  Daft 8 is interesting. One issue with it is the letter "a" is difficult to see. Unless you knew it was an "a" the viewer would not be aware of it.

  A couple other comments:
  
  The E in effect is capitalized in our company name. We would like to emphasize the AI component of the name more than the effect.
  
  How about an abstract synapses concept integrated into the name or behind the name
