Design #94 By firman is an exact copy of EPA Green Lights Logo (http://ecolightingservices.com/images/epa_greenlights_logo.jpg), therefore has been taken down.
kboff - #68 we like the leaf. Can you move it in front of the text, make it smaller, and keep the word Ag and View the same color (green).
Ferdiayn #38 - really like the magnafying glass (implies focus). Can you provide us with an example in which you change the text font a bit. Do like the three lines which seperates a bit "your space" from "in the marketplace". Good work.
Letmein #41 - still like what you have created here, can you make the leaves look a little more leaf looking. If it's possible to include some veining in the leaves? Also, #59 - if you could eliminate the ball/dot and create more of a leaf like look in the leaves (veining). This is good stuff too.
Some really great options here, Thank You all. Currently, I am still in favor of #5 for the following reasons:
1. Like the color scheme
2. Like the font and text (clean and clear)
The symbol, however, I prefer the symbol design of yonky #31. It has more the appearance of leaves (crops). Desire more fibrant colors though. Yonky, we also appreciate you illustrating the multiple options in #31.
There are several here in the options we have that we can work with yet what I've outlined above and how we have them ranked should give all of you understanding of our current preferences.
To this point I favor #5, it's clean and simple. What is a new twist that may have some application is #11 and how it incorporates the third color. The reason this is interesting is that farming is seasonal and to me it implies the changing of seasons - our customer report will be provided to them through all seasons (not just one or the other) so I do like that aspect of #11.
Yongky - kudo's for the creativity, I appreciate creativity and no zeroing in on a symbol theme too early. I wish I could put into words why it is that this particluar symbol is not "it" - I just don't favor it. Thanks for stepping out a bit though.
Sorry for my delays in response as I will do my best to make some commentary daily if I can. I appreciate all the efforts.
Letmein - what a great start - Thank you. Early I like #5. The green and blue symbols have the appearance of plant leaves - which is good. Anything to make these shapes appear more like plant leaves will be an improvement. Your on the right track. There are three principle components to our product:
1. Crop(s)(It's about crops)
2. Information about producing/protecting them.
3. Data representing the marketplace.
Mindtrickattack - I eliminated #1 not because it was bad, just that for the present designes proposed, my preference is that the symbol be in alignment with the text rather then above or below it. Maybe if the symbol was different it would appear better above the text however this one #1 does not work for me. You as well have captured the crop theme and if there is a way to incorporate some sense of production, protection and data it would be improved. For so early in the campaign - all of these are good. Thank You.
Wagasss - appreciate your creativity yet maybe a little too "busy". Specifically, the symbols above and below text or in front and at the end of text, etc. Good creativity though. Thx.
