  Nice designs coming up. #21, #39 and #40 on the right track.
  Lower case letters probably work better although a capital 'A' is fine.
  If you could use two colours please

  I like the idea of the tree/spade combination. Any chance of working the first letter into that?
  #12 is nice design but this could read like Oaeces.
  Good designs emerging. Keep them coming. The green should not be too pale.

  Achharya.. Idea of something organic/environmental in #1 and 2 is good, but less cartoonish would be better.
  
  The letters a and e at the beginning of the word, as a general comment, should not be joined up as this makes another letter in many languages, including Danish.
  
  The magic wand would be better working on something but the hat in #6 unbalances the logo
