I found out some more characteristics that I'm looking for in the final logo:
* Catchyness (easy to remember by logo design element)
* Multiple uses (logo outline b/w, and color form must be usable and easily recognizable and unique)
Something else I've noticed is that the logo needs to have emphasis on both ABLE and INNOVATION.
In many designs ABLE is very big and INNOVATION is too small.
It's important that both words are easily readable even when the logo is used for stationaries/letterheads and such.
- and at the same time keeping it all balanced..
I also figured that simply typing "AI" in a too obvious way does not work for the creative message in the logotype - the creativity/innovation, freshness/energy is the winning keys for the logo!
Here are some characteristics that needs to be found in the final logo!
* Simplicity and Easy to Remember
* Unique Characteristic
* Multi-use: Printed in colour, in stamp size, in huge size
* Printable on BOTH dark and white background!
The characteristics of the design element is though not restricted to "motion" :) just to be clear. The important thing is that its unique, creative, young, fresh... you know. Describing Able Innovation as an exciting company with lots of possibilities.
So far I like designs with the following charestics:
* The design/symbol element in the logo should have some speed/motion to it
* The design element is abstractive/creative
* The design element maybe also (BUT NOT REQUIRED) give the association to the initials AI. Dont get stuck there though! :)
Looking through the other finished projects, I like these for example:
http://orders.logodesignguru.com/drafts/display/contest/234031/draft/1612189 -- I like it because of the colours and most importantly the creative 3 and M in the same image!!
Alzam: I like this one you made:
http://orders.logodesignguru.com/drafts/display/contest/224977/draft/1610135
- because of the impression I get by looking at it. Professional! Good work.
Looking at the Research and Development category on the "Browse Projects" page is great inspiration!
This one for example was good looking:

I think, that if the initials should be implemented into the logotype - the initials should be abstractly represented in a unique logo. Not just plain letters.
Or the symbol should represent the company in some other way.. Creativity//problem solving//inventions
The colours make me think of a bank. Im not sure why. This teaches me that I do not want the logo to make customers think of costume dressed people :-)
Also I think the logotype needs a unique "symbol", not just plain letters.

Thanks. I need some complete different designs in order to come forwards in the decision process ;-) So far I like number 1 best, but I'm not sure what to change, something is missing!
Changing all colours wasn't the trick.

Different shades of gray seems to be working too.
Porteur du Projet
DARK BLUE + LIGHT GREEN (/NEON GREEN)
or
DARK BLUE + ORANGE
Maybe also GRAY could be implemented in the logo desing if Needed for balancing the design.
BUT if you have a better idea - I'm open for suggestions!!
