Thanks so much for choosing my design. My fellow final designers had great design concepts and I look forward to maybe working with you all again in the future.
I'll be sending out the source files to MB between now and tomorrow AM.
Thanks to all designers that participated in the is competition. As tough as this competition was for my client, she and her team have finalized their decision.. Congratulations to TaraDYG. This competition was well worth it and I do look forward to working with all 3 of you in the near future.. good luck in each of your endeavors!
What colors would you like? Red Tone: 990000, Cream: FFFFCC, Gold Tone, FF9900
......lot of jobs has not cream color!!!
WOW! where is shield? Why i spent my time to create logo?
#40, #59, #63 - we are down to the wire with these 3 designs. I have sent my final requests to each of you and now awaiting for client's final decision.
#49#50 - Client likes the logos that actually incorporates a symbol from the name itself. Look at #41#44#55, which are here favorite designs so far. They are simple, yet creative using the words to incorporate the swords.
#45, #46 - client doesn't like the black in the logo.. the brief described the 3 colors that she wants to stick to. the wording of "Armed Magazine" is not profound enough. And the badge looks very cookie cutter..
I want to thank everyone for your submissions.. My client is now looking at each design and will provide feedback today. For #45, #46, #49, #50, #51, #52, I will let her know that these are new submissions.
Also, when talking to her last night, here were here overall comments:
She likes the more sleek, elegant, simple styled swords (see #41, #44). She doesn't want thelogo to appear too bulky (or masculine looking) .. she is marketing to a christian based audience, so something much more neutral in its design.. also, the only colors that should be represented are the 3 colors that i put in brief.. one more thing, the tagline should not include the word 'any'. We will be narrowing this down later today!
#31 Great work. I will share with client to get feedback.. we have new tagline.. we have removed the word "any". I advised my client that it was too long.. So new tagline is: Spirtually Equipping You for Victory in Battle"
To all designers:
Please remove the word 'any' in the tagline. I advised my client that it was too long.. So new tagline is: Spirtually Equipping You for Victory in Battle"
The colors I used are the colors you specified in the brief. The red and orangeish color I used in a gradient and the cream color is in the word Armed and the swords. If you prefer solid colors, I'd be happy to change. Thanks.
#13, #14, #21 - Still does not include "Armed Magazine", only "Armed" - please ensure to incorporate the following colors: Red Tone: 990000, Cream: FFFFCC, Gold Tone, FF9900
#8 - Great icon with the shield/sword.. that is the approach, but looking for it to be incorporated into the logo, not on the side.. also, not to fond of the font. Looking for font styles similar to #7.
#7 - much closer to the kind of font, but per my feedback on #2,5,6, I am looking for an icon that integrates sword and shield into the Logo - not on the side. the font/spacing on tagline is too wide.. can you tighten the spacing?
To all designers:
I am really seeking additional inspiration, but the comments along with the project brief should give you enough to be creative.. if you have additional questions, please PM me.. Thanks!

Sorry if I was not clear, but the logo should include both words, Armed Magazine, not just ARMED.
