| Condo Care and Repair is a property maintenance service company which offers the condominium owner a company to which they can turn for all interior maintenance issues such as heating and cooling repairs, plumbing and electrical repairs, painting, water heaters and garbage disposals, appliance repair, carpentry, shelving and cabinets. Our services will range from simple services such as hanging pictures and changing lightbulbs to replacing plumbing fixtures and heating and cooling systems. We will offer annual maintenance plans. We also have exterior condominium services available to the condominium asssociation, but that is not our main focus. Our main focus is to sell service contracts similar to an insurance policy so that owners are working together to continually improve and maintain the value of their condo ownership, and that the monthly premiums received from the property owners enable them to join together in the upkeep of their property. | ||
