I am leaning on "Red" in that is has a natural sense of urgency on a white background but with either gray scale (half tone black to reduce on printing and signage) but again I do not want to limit anyones creativity. I also think of "Green" for the money savings...(but not red and green as it would look too Christmasy) Please understand the primary application, since it is a .com, will be a website and then business cards. So immediately after I select the logo, I will immediately be looking into both website and business cards for a consistent brand identity and image. |

Well because it is for Home Loans and the title: 8dayclose.com/8DAYCLOSE.COM doesn't say home loans......I reluctantly suggest (only because it's so over used in real estate logo's the "possibility" of using some simple graphic image of a house/roof line BUT again I do not want to limit creativity. I think it's going to be GREAT creative typography with a simple graphic image. This will be launched in California very close to Silicon Valley so there are plenty of high-tech savvy strong income earning prospective home buyers from around the world worrking here that understand and appreciate the value of great graphic design and a straight talking website that clearly articulates it's value proposition. |
