Combined feedback from me and the client
Draft 1--feels very bottom heavy
Draft 2--like the bottom with 1st letter accents to let them know what NOHRC is, but not sure about the "purpose" on the overhang; likes the orange and blue color scheme.
Draft 3--Too much going on with the small words everywhere; like the green orange and blue color scheme.
5--the little guy is very eye catching; logo fits a nice rectangular area; not sure about the justification of the theme...lots of space; like how the "2012" is "unbalanced" to reflect the theme.
6--Looks like the little guy is actually balancing;

Nice designs. Like the "balance" treatment in 3/6 and 1/2.
