  #24 holds some promise, but the degree mark makes the zero look more like a six. I prefer the look of a traditional degree mark set outside the number.

  I like the clean look of #27 with the added emphasis on direction with the arrow in the zero. I am still interested in a stylized / contemporary compass rose incorporated to show direction.

  I like design #2 so far. Can we increase the size of the tag line and try a more traditional degree mark (not filled in).
