    I like #27 too. So far #27 and #21 are my favorites.

    On #27, can you please take the three red icons and put them in a red box with a grayish border around the box. Then turn the little icons into white color so it contrasts with the red color. Also, please then make the three little white icons in three dimensional as opposed to two dimensional.

    Also, please get rid of the bevel effect in the three icons. PLease also delete this effect on teh "Progeny". Please use the same red color that I used in the adobe illustrator file uploaded in the workroom for the red boxes.

    Also, for the "A Next Generational Real Estate Company", please use the same font and gray color in the adobe illustrator file. Also, please add the red line used in #28 underneath the "Next Generation".

    Draft #25 and #26 by Dzyner are derivative of #14 by raindesign, therefore have been taken down.

    Also on #21, I would also like to see a second version using the same font for "Progeny" but bringing the letters a little bit closer to each other like how the letters in #7 are closer together.

    On #21, here are my comments:

    1) For the three red squares above "Progeny", please use the red color found in the adobe illustrator file that is uploaded in the workroom. The red color in the three squares of #17 looks a little darker than what I would like them to be.

    2) Once you address my #1 comment above, please make sure that the red color in the three squares is the same red color used for the font in "Progeny" and for the "Next Generation" text.

    3) Please change the font of "Progeny" to the font used in #7. I am not sure what font was used in #7.

    4) Commercial icon - I like the overall concept, but the first floor still needs some work. The windows should be large windows the extend from the ceiling of the first floor all the way to the ground. I tried to design this myself to give you an idea and have uploaded a file to the project workroom to show you the idea I have in mind. There is also a second file in the workroom that shows how the windows of a retail store should look like.

    (5) House icon - I do not like the current house icon too much. I tried to design a house icon myself to give you an idea and have uploaded a file to the project workroom to show you the idea I have in mind. Please draw a house simlilar to the one I used in my example file and incorporate.

    (6) "www" icon - Please make the "www" have the same angle and look as that found at http://www.prodeogroup.com/progeny/progeny-logo-07.jpg . However, I do not like the underline effect found in the "www" at http://www.prodeogroup.com/progeny/progeny-logo-07.jpg . Please use another underline - maybe it starts off thicker on the left and then becomes thinner to the right.

    (7) Finally, please make the three white icons facing the same direction -- either all to the right or all to the left.

    #17 is my favorite sytle so far. It captures all three concepts of our real estate company - (1) commercial real estate, (2) residential real estate, and (3) internet real estate.

    One #17, I would suggest the following changes:

    (1)remove the white bevel effect inside the three red boxes so that it is just red color.

    (2) remove the reflection effect underneath each of the three red boxes, and then move down the three red boxes closer to "Progeny".

    (3) remove the underline from "Next Generation".

    (4) Commercial icon - I think the 3 dimmensional white building is a good start. Is it possible to make the ground floor of the building more like a retail storefront having lots of windows? I will upload a file to the project workroom that will show examples of a retail store.

    (5) House icon - It is a very good start, however, it needs to be three dimensional. Also, is there a house icon that looks more modern and abstract like the one found at http://www.prodeogroup.com/progeny/progeny-logo-07.jpg

    (6) "www" icon - please remove the period after the "www" . Also, I am not sure I like the angle of the "www" . Please make it look more 3-dimensional. Finally, please add an underline effect to the "www" .

    (7) Finally, please make the three white icons facing the same direction -- either all to the right or all to the left.

    I look forward to the changes.

    I also look forward to other designers trying to incorporate and address my comments above.

    Hi everyone,

    I just wanted to clarify my earlier post in this message board. When I say that I like the three box idea, I really should have said that I like the idea of the three red squares above the "Progeny". I like this style. I do not necessarily like a literal box like in #14.

    In the logo found at http://www.prodeogroup.com/progeny/progeny-logo-07.jpg, what I do NOT really like and can be improved are the little white icons inside the red squares. In other words, can you all try to incorporate nicer, crispier white icons for the (1) retail shopping center or store, (2) the house, and (3) the "www". Again, I have attached the .ai file for the logo found at this like to the project workroom.

    I definitely like the font used in the logo at http://www.prodeogroup.com/progeny/progeny-logo-07.jpg.

    All, thanks for your submissions so far. They are heading in the right direction, but nothing really stands out to us YET. Please remember the following main principal:

    The logo MUST contain the following three icons:

    (1) a retail shopping center or store (IT CANNOT BE A TALL OFFICE BUILDING)
    (2) a house and
    (3) something that clearly depicts a domain name like "www".

    The logos so far do not have this except #6. However, #6 looks like the mickey mouse ears, so we do not like it too much.

    I have uploaded the adobe illustrator file to the logo found at this link http://www.prodeogroup.com/progeny/progeny-logo-07.jpg .

    Can you all try to incorporate nicer, three dimensional icons for the retail shopping center/store, the house, and the "www" than the ones seen at http://www.prodeogroup.com/progeny/progeny-logo-07.jpg?

    I open to an idea that is not three boxes above "Progeny", but I do like the three box idea.
