Just want to say a massive thanks for all the designs submitted - each and every one were fantastic and I really appreciate the hard work put into them. I am planning on submitting a new project to design a business card and stationery so I look forward to your creativity once more. Thank you so much... you truly are amazing :)

    Favourites at the moment are: #13 #106 #108 #109 #110 #128 #141 #143

The ones with slightly more bold text seem to be working nicely as they are clear and easy to read - and if you put a dancer in your design I need it to not be too 'hip hop' and more of a ballet/contemporary dancer.

Keep them coming! Thanks to everyone so far :)

Final day designers! Keep your designs coming in, I am still looking at each and every one to decide on the best design to represent my school. Many thanks for everything submitted so far, I love them all!

bigbos - could you please submit #106, #109 and #110 on a white background too? Many thanks!

ronne - could you please submit #107 and #108 on a white background too? They look much better thanks!

ronne - could you possibly submit #65 and #71 with something a little more simple above the 'i'? I love your design, I just think there is maybe too much going on. So maybe just a dot, or simple star above the 'i' would make it better :) Many thanks!

bigbos - I love #100 and #105 but I'm a little concerned the 'i' going into the 'r' on Aspire looks like a 'u' at times. Is there any way you could take the serif off the 'i' so the text becomes clearer? Thanks!

bigbos - I like draft #100, but could you just change the font of the 'school of dance' text to something a little less square-looking? I like it in block so it's easy to read, but maybe something with a slightly more rounded feel. Thanks!

boyndot - thanks for those. Could you make all the 'Aspire' text in that green colour on draft #99? Thanks!

All designers - some general thoughts and suggestions to help!

I would like to see some designs with some more 'purple' colours rather than a pinky-purple (which although is lovely, may detract boys from joining the school). So some more blue in the purple colours would be good.

I like the designs with more depth to them, and a sheen to the writing rather than just block colours.

Simple, clear text seems to be working the best so try to stick to block writing, but with a bit of style so it doesn't look too boring or corporate.

Another note about colours - would be nice to see some designs with maybe a hint of gold or silver in them somewhere (eg a gold/silver star etc) to add to the 'elite' image.

Finally, remember I need designs to be on a white background for letterheads and stationery, and on a black background for t-shirts and hoodies.

Many thanks for everything submitted so far - they are all great, and it's going to be a very tough choice to pick just one!

boyndot - could you put #83 and #84 on a black background? I really like those designs, but not sure what they will look like on black. If the purple dancer doesn't stand out on the black, maybe white will be better? I'll leave it up to you! Thanks :)

bigbos - I really like that green colour you have used in #90 and #91, and really like the star! Could you possibly make some changes for me?

I would like to see the draft without the dancer, as I think it could work as a good simple design.

Could you make the text slightly more of a purple colour, and not so pink? It does need to stand out on black though to go on t-shirts.

Finally, I'm not too sure about that font. I like its simplicity, but would be good to see some other fonts if possible?

    Thanks for your hard work!

XtremeCreative2 - I like your design #81, but the figures are a little too 'hip hop' for the style of dance I teach. Do you have any other figures? And also, the 'r' in Aspire looks a little like a 't', could you maybe change it, or change the font? Thanks!

Thanks boyndot - could you also please put the 'School of Dance' text into a purple colour on drafts #70 and #72 and just have it straight onto the black/white background? Many thanks

ronne - could you make the dancer in #64 exactly the same as in #65? The one in #64 seems to be closer to the text, but the one in #65 looks much better, thanks :)

boyndot - could you show me what #70 would look like on a white background? Thanks!

All designers - I just want to say a huge thanks for all your submitted designs so far. I think they are all incredible and I could not wish for more talented people working on my project. Keep up the amazing work!

If anyone has any different ideas please feel free to submit them - I will always be open to exciting new designs :) If you want to play with some more colours too, please feel free - I chose purple and lime green because they are fresh, bright and look good together, but if you want to try something different then have a go! Honestly I will consider anything judging my the incredible standard so far!

The main points to remember are the colours / design have to be suitable for girls and boys (and teenagers) so probably steer away from a massive amount of pink, but pretty much anything else should be fine!

Thank you so much again, I love all your work and I will look forward to the next wave of designs...go have fun!

    Leonie :)

Sorry ronne, I don't know what happened there but that comment below was meant to say #51, #53 and #54. Sorry for the confusion!

ronne - I love #1 #3 and #4! Could you possibly submit some designs with the same text but just one dancer on the end? I really like the ones you have there at the moment, but it would be good to see some other options of a single dancer. Thanks!

Ayudhea - could you possibly put the bar across the 'A' on draft #35? Thanks :)

I like the stars lakshmik on #39 and #40 could you possibly try a different font, still with the same style but just a little clearer so people who don't know the name will know what it says. Thanks!

lakshmiks - on #30 and #28 would it be possible to join up the 'a' so it is clearer that it's an 'a' and not going to be confused as a 'c' or anything similar. I am interested to see what this will look like. Thank you!
