#54 - Good change. Can you also try they arrow concept and not make it a circle. Have the two arrows passing one on top of the other below the building graphic.

    Thanks!

I posted a request for a color addition earlier. Either a bright orange, yellow...or surprise me. Use it on one element of the logo.

#37. Instead of the circle around the building in the graphic. Please try two arrows coming together below the building. ---><--- Place one on top of the other so it looks like two arrows passing eachother.

    Thanks!

    ONE REQUEST TO ALL DESIGNERS:

After meetings today, we'd like to see one additional color in your drafts. Do not use it on the text, but rather on the graphic. Color ideas: gold; orange or surprise us with your creative genius :)

Thanks! Looking forward to your responses.

#39 - drop the lines between the graphic and the the words "investor" and "real estate exchange". Buildings still look like office or commercial. It's good but is missing the mark on those areas. Also, the circle around the buildings needs to show an exchange process.

#35 - not sure what you changed. It looks like your previous submittal #17.

#36 - would you drop the line under the house graphic and try something that shows and exchange process around the house with an ellipse and arrows, or the intersection of something. Or two parts meeting in some manner. Like the abstract house graphic. Nice work.

#37. Thanks for revisions. Modify the circle on the graphic to show something being exchanged - arrows was used by another designer. Be creative. Also, show us a more contemporary font. So far, it looks very good.

#21. We like your font. Thanks for the 3 color choices. Not sure which we like better at the moment. I posted that we'd like to see the commercial building graphic modified to suggest a single family home. We liked #11 take on it. Be creative. It doesn't have to look like a house, but rather, be suggestive of it. Also, try some arrows and and oval instead of the the crossing "x" swoosh you have. You're doing a great job in the your designs.

#29. Thanks for all the color options. We like the top two that are silver. Drop the gold and bronze. Thanks for moving logo to side. Instead of an circle around the bottom of the graphic, try an oval between 1/3 to 1/2 of the way up the graphic. And try to convey the word exchange. We liked the concept of arrows done by one designer and another was using a version of an "x". You're design is well liked by our group.

#30 draft is looking better than earlier drafts you have submitted. We'd like to see something suggesting a single family home rather than office towers. Try that change. Also, instead of just a circle, try something to suggest and exchange. We'll be selling properties to investors on our website.

#19 and #31 is looking good with a nice direction change. Here's some specific feedback. Change the logo contents from showing a group of office towers to some creative form of a single family home(s). See post about #11. I like your arrows concept. It conveys and exchange market place. My partner thought it might be confused with some recycling logos. So, play with it it more. Very nice overall. Like the metallic colors in #31.

One more change request - have all letters in capitals.

Note to all designers - on the logo, many are looking like office buildings. After internal discussion, we like #11 concept because is suggests a house without looking like it. As we are getting close to the final days, play with the logo design to give a house look. Be creative. The office towers look good, but it conveys commercial offices and not the family homes that this website will be designed for.

There are some great designs coming in today. I'll have feedback posted for each next.

#11. Can you please move the logo on top to the side of the text and give me a few variations of color: polished platinum; polished brass and stainless steel. Nice work so far.

#16 draft. Please make some alternative changes.

    1. try a few color variations: polished platinum; polished tungsten and stainless steel.
    2. Try adding a graphic with the buildings that is associated with an exchange. I'd like to show something of one thing meeting another. We're trying a variation of an "x", but I'm open to your creative ideas.

#18 is good. Here are some requests for some changes I'd like to see.
1.Compress the spacing of the letters in the word "investor".
    2. Try 3 colors styles: polished platinum, polished tungsten, and stainless steel.
    3. Decrease the top of the the cross-swoosh around the buildings.
    4. On the graphic try look that increases from left to right so the high side of the graphic is by the "I" in Investor.
    5. center the swoosh cross a bit more on the buildings.

#12 - let's try the graphic to the left of the text. We will be using this on our website and the graphic on top of the text may eat up too much vertical space. Also, play around with some 3D look to the graphic. See if you can incorporate some sort of "X" type mark that can signify and exchange. Try a point of intersection to show the exchange. It's looking better.

#11 is good change of direction. Try playing around with the graphic a bit. Can we see that off to the side with the Investor Real Estate Exchange to the right of it?

For everyone, let's use white as the background. Don't need to see it in black background.

Also, let's try adding one color to the Carbon graytones. Possible one of the 3 towers in the graphic or in a line separating the words from the graphic.

    Thanks!

Like the alternative direction on #8-#9. Let's try some variations on #9 graphic above the text. The "swoosh" lines look like water / princess cruise lines graphic. Try something with a wall street New York feel. Think a long standing institution that is also using cutting edge technologies.

    Thanks!

Good start. Here's what I'd like to see for a new direction on designs #1-#4. All have used some element of a house roof top. Let's not do that. To me it suggests construction.

I'd like to convey more along the lines of an exchange like the New York Stock Exchange or the NASDAQ Exchange system.
