Really getting close, CDanH. I don't like the green part to the right of the blue J. Please remove that.

Then, let's try the whole G/J logo in green, getting rid of the blue.

Now totally in green, I'd like to see a version where the top bar of the J doesn't extend over the right of the J, but just stops. Essentially we'll be left with a green rhombus whose base is twisted up to suggest the G and the J. I do like the little gap left between the G and J on the top bar, though.

For the actual words, I like the font you've used in Draft 20 but I prefer the color you used in Draft 6. I like the gradient you've used.

We're getting really close! Thanks for hanging in there.

vector, thank you for your submission but the star-based design seemed aimed more at the elementary part of the education market, rather than at the higher education (college) level.

daisuke, you didn't really do enough to spiff up your original logo concept. I was looking for a more sophisticated logo.

Dave0585, love the stylized clover logo. Well done! But I prefer the font you used in your first design. Can you go back to the first font, make the words a little larger in relation to the logo, and put the words in a darker green than the logo itself? Thanks!!

CDanH, draft 6 is really close to what I'm looking for. I wonder, though: instead of having the blue slash (/) shaped part of the J come down and touch the green G, how about having that bar go straight across so that the top of the G and the top of the J share a straight-across bar? I'm not explaining this well, but hopefully it makes sense.

Araknostudio, draft 12 is nice but looks (at least on my screen) like it's rendered in grayscale. Can you show me this design in shades of hunter green?

Daisuke, Draft 5 is moving in the right direction. How about elongating the logo portion into a more oval shape, and having the tail of the J hang free instead of reaching back to connect with the G? Also, I don't like the capitalization of every letter in GLENCONNERJORDAN. I'd like only the G and J to be capitalized. I really like the color difference between Glenconner and Jordan. Thanks!

Dave0585, I like the clover concept but I don't want it to be an actual clover. Can you stylize the clover somehow into a more abstract, four-pronged shape?

CDanH, I like the interlocking look. Is there any way to make the interlocking parts look (at least in an abstract way) like a G and a J?
