Design 77: I really like this one. Could you do two more please: one with the tag line in dark blue, and another one without the "reflection" on the colours.
Also, please show me the black and white version and a version on a dark background. Thanks a lot.

Design 57: I'd like to see this one with the "CLOGS" and the tag line in a darker colour than grey. Try navy blue or orange. How will this look if its printed in black and white?
    Thanks

Draft 55: can you replace the red with orange, and make the font a bit clearer to read?
    Thanks

Design 54: can you put the tag line in there? And could you show me how it would come up in black and white? Thanks

Design 52: could you change the colour scheme to have one colour for each letter of "CLEVER"? Thanks

Draft 45: Thanks for the extra colour schemes. Could you do one with navy blue and orange? And could you change the shoes so that they look more like school shoes (with velcro not laces), and so that the left and right foot have the same size shoe? Thanks.

Draft 40: the concept is good, but a little bit "'80's" ;) Can you make it a bit more modern? I think if you changed the face of the bulb it might be better. Thanks

and another thing, why would anyone want to copy an eliminated design with no star?!!!

  • November 23, 2010 5:17 PM zillustrations

as I said before your design which was a stolen clip art was eliminated before I entered my high quality design.
If you are a designer (which I don't think based on your folio) you'll know that an owl is widely used for this niche and other than the name of the animal "owl" my design has nothing in common to your design. I suggest you take some design lessons instead of wasting everybody's time here.
my apologies to fellow designer and contest holder for this person's behavior.

Draft #37 and corrosponding drafts have been reported as a rip-off of my first-in design concept. And design execution!.

Design 36: this is the best in the series you've just submitted. I like the font, and the frame. But I find there's too much in the picture (2 shoes, 3 pencils, a ruler and a pen). I'm afraid that when its printed on something small like a business card it won't be very clear. Do you have any ideas on how to make it slightly less cluttered?

Design 32: this is a really good one. Its simple, legible, and cute. Please change the owl so that its looking down (same as in design 30). Thanks.

Designs 28-31: thanks for your input. I like design 28 best. Could you do this again using navy blue/orange? Thanks

Design 11: can you give me another version of this one with the pencils, ruler etc, but group the text (don't have it all on one line), and keep the font simpler and clearer. Thanks a lot for all the effort you're putting into this.

Design 20: too sporty. The products sold are leather school shoes, no sports shoes at all. Could you change the look?

Designs 21, 22, 23: can you turn the pencil the other way (point facing upwards)?

Design 19: could you make this one more appealing to older primary school children (not babies or toddlers)? And to girls as well as boys?

Design 24 is good, but shoes need to be blue (or black). As much emphasis on the shoes as possible please.
