Thank you to all the designers who have provided original work.
There have been some apparent copyright issues and the design support team have removed the offending designs.
Overall, we are very pleased with the outcome of the competition, the number of designs offered, the support from mycroburst and the good communication direct with the designers themselves. We are very satisfied and happy to recommend this site to other people.
Now the hard job of choosing the most suitable design......

Copyright: thank you to all the designers who have sent a message to us with concerns about copyright violations. It has been suggested that some of the designs submitted for our competition have already been finalised in other competitions. We have followed the links provided however while the other designs are admittedly similar, they don't appear to be identical. This is not something we are familiar with and need to get further clarification on.
    The following designs are involved: #97 #45 #77 #87 #89 #97
Could the designers themselves please provide an explanation?

Fantastic number of entries, we are thrilled with the response and to those designers who've read our comments during the competition and updated their designs to match our changing ideas. Really appreciate the effort that has gone into your designs. Thank you very much.

#109 thanks for providing the four colour versions (eg blue, grey scale and black/white etc) It all helps to give us a clear idea of the potential use.

Wow, the variety of designs is fabulous. We now prefer the all blue designs rather than the two tone yellow/blue. It seems too difficult to get a 'nice' yellow colour, as they are either too dirty or too bright looking
Thanks to all the designers for taking part in our competitions.

We like the designs that have the image to the left of the words, a small space between the words 'buy sell', and the initial capital slightly taller than the other letters. As in #35

#33,41,40, 18; could someone please explain with the grey background, does this mean the background is transparent?
    Thanks

Wow, heaps more fabulous designs to consider! We realise it's a fine line between the yellow/gold and orange so thanks to those designers who noted our last comments about no orange at all. Also, those who have put in a small space between 'buy sell' as it makes reading the words easier.
We like the symbol to the left of the words as in #1, 34 and 37, it looks good in that position.
Keep up the good work designers, we're very impressed

Neat to see all your ideas coming in and over the weekend too.
The words look good with the initial capital slightly larger than the rest as in #3 and #24. Also, a small space between the words 'buy sell' makes reading easier.
We know we said play around with colours, but we should have said any colours except orange as it's our least favourite!
Please don't make the words 'real estate' too small as it's important that they can be read at a glance (from a distance).
Thanks again for all your excellent designs

Thanks to all the designers who have submitted their ideas, it must be very difficult to interpret the brief and we think you are all very talented and appreciate your efforts.

Really like the look of #15, simple, sharp yet sophisticated. #2, #13 and #14, like this series also but think it looks best when there is a difference in colour between 'buysell' to make it easier to read. #13 is last in that series for this reason. Well done neonlite.

If you want to play around with some different combinations, the colours don't have to be blue and yellow

#8 Love the blue tone and simplicity of design, looks clean, clear and uncluttered.
#7 Like the font you're using Nadya, do you have any other simple house designs?
#6 There's a bit too much going on here, we're looking for something simpler thanks

The clean uncluttered look has great appeal thanks designers, keep the designs and ideas coming =)

Thank you to the early designers for starting the competition and getting ideas going. We prefer the white background, no more black please.
#5 This is a little too commercial/corporate for us.
#2 This has a lot of appeal, particularly like the image to the side of words. Can you do it also with all words in Blue?
#1 Can you do this with the words 'real estate'directly under 'buy sell' so the image stands alone. The yellow here is too wishy washy, needs too be bolder yellow please.
#4 Please repeat with white background
#3 We like the blue, that's the colour of our sky. Perhaps a different font, and solid yellow.
    Thanks for your efforts
