Thanks to all that participated. As with all contests, there can only be one winner, but I'm truly grateful for everyone's entry. Despite those that were not selected, each and every design has contributed to the development of the final logo that will represent Cloak. Thanks!

"Hi Ph, I know originally you said you didn't want us to mix all the colors (blue, orange, grey, etc) together...but I notice a few entries with higher ratings with the mix. Is it OK for us to do so going forward? "

Some entries with all the colors actually looked better than I imagined. Feel free to submit a mix of colors. I'm also open to other colors you guys feel works best with your design even if it's not orange, aqua blue or gray. After all, you guys are the artists. Final day, let your imaginations run wild! Thanks again!

Please don't forget to include an "s" at the end of "coatings". Should be an easy fix if I decide to use any of the ones currently missing it.

..."Do you have a preference as to if we use the more rounded fonts or boxy fonts? "

No preference. It really depends on how it fits into the overall design.

Do you have a preference as to if we use the more rounded fonts or boxy fonts?

I'm really liking the logos created based on the letter "C".

Some critique for what I've seen so far.
    1. Try not to combine all the colors (gray, aqua blue and orange)
    2. When choosing fonts ensure each letter is clear and not too abstract making hard to read at a quick glance.
    3. Remember to include "surface coatings" in the logos.
    4. I prefer solid font rather than the ones split through the middle. I gave exception to a few where they pulled off the look. Minor shading, fades and other subtle touches to the font is OK.
    5. Be sure to add an abstract element or initial to the logo rather than just the plain words.

Great submissions guys. I will start rating and eliminating so you get a better feel of what styles I'm looking for.
