one more thing is that, now a days, with improved technology, it is possible to print in any way you want. e.g printing business card with multicolor logo. There are only cost constraints. eg. My printer is ready to print in multicolor offset if only i order for more quatity. The same is the case for a two color or three color (they want you to order in bulk), but the cost would be less than for multicolor printing. If money is not the constraint any logo which looks great would not be a problem - again that is my view. Thanks

I had gone out so I could not reply earlier. I think in that case, you are going in the right direction. What I meant was that if you are going to print the logo on the bag or make a leather piece, it will have to be with few colors and you cannot use too many gradients and effects etc.Handling delicate fonts or slender designs would perhaps be difficult to handle in the long run. However, if you want to have a website logo you can use more effects and more colors. A logo that would convert easily from website logo to a printing on the bag or leather piece would be a correct choice. This is what I feel, but it would be best to take some advice of the leather cutters or the fabric printers beforehand.

Jaggis, It is going to be for both the website and the business cards. It will also be designed to go on the bags but will not be in color. It will be stamped into a piece of leather and fixed to the bag, to look more natural. What are your thoughts on this?

Is it going to be a website and business card logo, or, is it going to be fixed to the bags? Or should it be designed as a general logo - both marketing materials as well as the bags. I think these three things should require separate design considerations.

    I see some good designs!

Please avoid using a black background... it makes the logo look too bold... I want the logo to be humble.

Thanks :) I am liking the creativity, keep it up :)

The bird needs to have a little bit of red on its chest.. it is important to the story behind it.

It needs to be "down to earth," peaceful, and Natural.

    Hi all,

Thank you very much for your submissions!

Some of them look very nice, however, most are not capturing that this a natural cloth handmade product for women.

Some look like night clubs, casinos, and stiff corporate logos.

We want it to look youthful, natural, simple, and slightly feminine.

Keep in mind the Quetzal bird and its colors, which is the Guatemalan national bird. It symbolizes freedom light and guidance, which in a way reflects what Virtu wants to help do for people in Guatemala and eventually other countries.

An abstract image of a Quetzal would be really cool!
