    about an hour left in the contest and i just want to say to all of the designers how wonderful each and every design submitted was. even the designs that were not what i had in mind for my personal business logo were still fabulous and may be exactly what someone else out there is looking for.

    it has been a tremendous pleasure working with all of you and this has been a really great experience for me. while giving feedback on each design was difficult now the truly hard part is coming up for me, and that is picking just one winner out of so many beautiful designs.

    to those of you who do not get chosen as the winner, please dont be discouraged. i wish i could pick every 5 and 4 star design, and they are all so amazing. thanks to you all again for your help, patience, and fantastic designs.

    draft #117 - just like the pink version, cute w the birds but on this one i think i still prefer the design type of #99 etc. thanks for showing me that though.

    draft #118 - very nice! thanks for listening to my feedback! i like this alot. it is much more on the lines of what i am looking for and the color and font are perfect!

    draft #119 - this is a pretty design, just not what i am looking for. the font and colors do not match what i am asking for in my brief and also i only want my name in all lowercase. its a great job, just not the kind of logo i am looking for.

    draft #120 - this is much closer to what i am looking for, with the design having a sort of scroll work on it. again the font and it is not lowercase. also, is there a face in it? because i am seeing a face in it and it sort of freaks me out. lol

    draft #121 - #124 -i love all these different color combos! especially the color combo on #124. i still like the design with just one bird though.

    draft #107 & #108 - really great design, much more the kind of thing i am going for. used my preferred font and colors too! love it! thx!

    draft #110 & #109 - same, thanks for adjusting per my feedback! this is way better for me. love the colors and font and the design itself too.

    draft #111 - cute w the birds but on this one i think i still prefer the design type of #99 etc. thanks for showing me that though.

    draft #112 - this is an interesting design, but the font is not the font i have chosen and also the color is not the colors i have chosen. but i do like the scroll work type quality to it.

    draft #113 & #114 - while nice designs these are not the type i am looking for. also the font and colors are not the ones i chose in my brief.

    draft #115 - this is really nice. i do think i prefer the single color with black or white though and i like your earlier designs best.

    draft #116 - really great design, i love the color and the idea behind it, but it is not the font i have chosen for my logo... it is really great though and thanks for showing it to me!

    @cherrypop- i know, i am finding that out the hard way. i guess it doesnt really matter? i just thought i could get in trouble for it legally down the road or something... still researching that.

    draft #79 - the flourish design is pretty but the color is not dark turquoise enough, it looks more light blue to me. also the font is not the font that i have decided to use.

    draft #80 - again, color too light and different font than i have decided on going with. the design is pretty but just not quite the look i am going for. it seems a bit plain and i am looking for more detail.

    draft #82 - this is a pretty design, just not the style i am looking for. i am looking for a design with more of a vintage scroll work kind of feel and using the font i have decided on.

    draft #83 & #84 - thank you for making that change to the font. i like this much better! definitely one that is in the running.

    draft #85 & #86 - these are pretty and right on the lines of the sort of design i like, just not the font i have decided on using.

    draft #87 - this is pretty but i dislike the way photography is cutting through the name.

    draft #88 #89 & #90- thank you for making the changes i wanted to see on this as well. i like it much better with the font i decided on, but it is very similar to #84 and #83 and out of the two i like them better.

    draft #91 & #92 - out of these two which are very similar i really like #92 better. it seems much more balanced.

    draft #93 - i think you did a very nice design, and it is much closer to something i would like here, but it is still not using the font i decided on, or the colors i decided on and i dont really dig the circles on the bottom.

    draft #94 - #103 - very very nice. definitely one of the top contenders. thank you for showing me all the different color combos too.

    draft #104 & #105 - these are pretty and much more along the lines of what i am aiming for, though not quite there. the font is not the font i decided on and the colors are also lighter than i want to use. the flourish may be a little bit plain too. the design is beautiful though, just not exactly what i am wanting.

    draft #106 - this is a cute design but it is not using the font i chose and also i feel like it lacks a crispness i am looking for.

    feedback on the wonderful new designs coming soon. i am booked up today with clients and a wedding tomorrow, so it may not be until tonight or tomorrow night. but i will still give feedback for all designs. thank you all again for your wonderful hard work.

    DESIGNERS...

    please, please, please, do not use stock vector in designing my logo. for one using stock vector is prohibited and these can only be used for graphics other than a logo but also i really want something original.

    if you have used stock vector please let me know so that i may take this in consideration when making my final decision.

    draft #72 - this is really cute, and while it uses a bird it is not quite what i am looking for. if i use a bird at all i want it to be tiny and i also want to use the scroll-work or filigree that is sort of vintage looking in a way as a prominent part of the design. the font is cute too, but again, just not really what i am going for.

    draft #73 - i do like this one alot, very nice!

    draft #74 & #75 - i didnt go with these just because they are similar to #73 and i like it better. i like the bird being the same color best.

    draft #76 - this is really nice too, thank you for changes based on the suggestions. i like this font alot better for the initials.

    draft #77 & #78 - these are both very similar, and i chose #78 out of the two because i like the layout better. again very nice designs.

    brief update

    in addition to the formats i requested on the brief i would really like to have the final wining image in black and white, turquoise and also in magenta on black background & on white background.

    so...

    black on white background
    white on black background
    turquoise on white background
    turquoise on black background
    magenta on white background
    magenta on black background

    also, you dont have to do this all for every design submitted just the winning design, please!

    draft #62 - thanks so much for trying the silly little idea i had. you did a great job and i like it, but maybe it was not such a good idea after all! lol

    draft #63 - YES! this is great! this is the sort of thing that i absolutely love! perfect on the font and i love the vintage look to it and the little birds too. :)

    my favorites right now are the designs on #63 & #48.

    i think because i like the vintage sort of feel they have to them while still remaining feminine and sophisticated.

    hello designers!

    i am going through and eliminating submissions that are irrelevant to my brief and am positive that i will not be using. (ie. designs with my name in print or using capital letters in my name, etc.)

    i will still give feedback on every design submitted as well.

    i hope this will help in explaining and showing more of what i am going for and what i really like.

    thank you for all of your hard and wonderful work so far. i am so excited about this and looking forward to seeing more of your wonderful ideas!

    more beautiful designs uploaded last night... here is my feedback on them...

    draft #52 & #53 - these are really pretty. i love the design and everything about it except that i would like to see my signature in a script-like font. preferably like the one in #14.

    draft #54 & #56 - while these are pretty they are just not what i am looking for. i am looking for something like scroll work and or filigree, things like you have included in your other designs and not flowers that are so 'real' looking. (hope that makes some sense)

    draft #57 & #58 - i like this design around the name but i like the line underneath better, like in #52 and #53.

    draft #59 & #60 - these are really nice but i like them better without the extra bit on the top so that the top part would look like #52 & #53 and then the bottom would be the same. also i would prefer my signature to be the font in #14. i have basically made my mind up that is the font i want for my signature. i really like these though. :)

    draft #61 - on this one again i would remove the extra bit on the top part as in the last two and change my signature font.
