My business partner and I have differing opinions. She likes #2 and #3, and I really like #9. She will probably win this argument, so maybe more designs in that direction. ;-)

@Zohair: The project is now guaranteed. I had planned on selecting a winner regardless, but if the guarantee brings more submissions, then I'll do that.

If you choose to guarantee your project, that means you're guaranteeing that you will absolutely choose a winner, thus making your project ineligible for a refund.

From Rickjames8: Thanks for the designs submitted so far. I would like to add more info to my brief, but it doesn't seem possible, so I'll add comments here. I'd also like to include "Initials" as a possible type of logo. I really like the logos made for Encore Offices contest. I like the fact they do not illustrate a house or office. I feel that having a roof line or sky line is too expected for a real estate logo. I would like to stay away from that type of look. I'm not going to eliminate any entires that have a roof line or skyline so far, because to be honest I like them a lot.

Also, I recieved an email from the contest sponsor asking if I'd like to make the contest guaranteed. I've paid the prize money already which will go to the selected winner, so I'm not sure how its un-guaranteed?? If someone can explain how that would help, I'll do it. Thanks.
