ainmikael, no title necessary and colors are perfect.

Seltz, thanks that it what i wanted to see.

PH, no need to give it title or another block colors, right?

  • December 16, 2010 5:08 PM Seltz

    Seltz, Thanks.

Sorry to bother you more but could you use #24 and just change green color used as background to the blue that I mentioned earlier? I would also like to see the lightblue bricks with that color. Otherwise please the keep the colors of the bricks in #24. That's what made it cool.

Thank you for the feedback I have just updated the design.

Seltz, I like it but it's a bit dark. As I commented earlier, I would like to see the color palette be based on the blue color I gave you and which is used as block color in this image:

Seltz, I really like what you did with the background. I think your design has potential.

Would really like to see it in a blue variation instead of the green.

The color code I want is this:
    Blue #FF1BA1E2

Would also like to see it a bit incorporated in the bricks as well.

ainmikael, that's excellent. #22 is really close to my vision. Could you provide some variations on it like with e.g a white border? The darker one also appeals to me, and if possible see in it with a black background would be nice.

Seltz, nice concept and creative. A bit to colorful and glossy.

I'll now guarantee to pick a winner, and #22 is the one to beat at least for now.

    Much better quality guys.

Aimikail, yours have potential. I like the color of the bricks and I like pattern/layout. The icon should not have rounded borders, that goes for all. I would also like to see it with a white/bright background if possible.

Many are perfect for an iPhone style, but this is Windows Phone which should be square

Kapinis, I like the flat look and concept, but for now it's a bit too abstract to recognice the Tetris feel. is it possible to work around #15 to see if you can get a more tetris feel to it?

Yusinus, your is not bad either, I'd like to see it that as well with a white/bright background and font should the same as used for windows phone.

@Dany96 Really nice work on your new one. I'll leave this to you now ;)

The one you eliminated was not a screen-shot. I made it from scratch in Illustrator.

Sorry, I didn't see your comments on the other until just now... I guess my screen did not refresh when I last looked.

    Thanks.

Tallulah, the one that were eliminated were because it was just a sketch of the gameplay. If I wanted that I would've used one of my own screenshots.

The second one, I commented on that the spacing between the blocks are not aligned on all. However the color scheme there is not bad.

In general I'm still wanting to see one big brick/block with other bricks of much smaller sizes in the background falling down. The main brick really has to stand out in front of the rest.

Please google "windows phone live tile" and look at the photos. Your icon/logo should be able to work there.

Can I get some feedback on what you did/did not like about my two sumbissions - so that I might be able to make more concepts?
    Thank you.

    Dany,

I like your logo for "adotomi game agency". Would like to see something in that style, more digital.

Tallulah, a step in the right direction, but the spacing are uneven.

    Bori, it's not rubic's cube.

To all, I want a clean, digital design that reflects the Tetris gameplay. Please visit the link in the brief to see screenshots from the game.

    dany96,

It's a bit better but the blocks are too 3d and they should be different tetris blocks.

If anybody has a more "flat" design I'd like to see that as well. Maybe the blocks could be more nuances of blue.

    General comment.

the "M" is not important. The icon/logo needs to reflect the gameplay, not the name. So the user instantly recognice that it's a tetris game.

One suggestion could be a large tetris brick in the middle with other bricks of various sizes falling around it. That is the most concrete vision I have for them moment, but I'm open to suggestions.

I forgot to mention in the brief that the icon/logo should be optimized for 200*200px.
