With 12 hours to go on this project I want to extend a special thank you to the designers who have worked hard to submit some great designs. Thanks to zillustrations, hatter, tpixel and christinawiler. Each of you have brought some unique ideas to the table. Our team is meeting tomorrow evening, there are five plus me on our team. We will make our decision tomorrow evening. I appreciate all of your efforts!

@zillustartions Draft 29 Please try this one without the arch and star. For variation make the child green and leave everything else as is.

Designers if you use books in your design then they should be softcover. We are not producing the old school hard bound books. It's a minor thing but it's important to convey the books correctly. I am uploading an image showing a softcover book group as opposed to the hardcovers we are seeing. Loving the designs!

@christinawiler - Draft 18 and 19. Thanks for trying on the copier and book idea. Not sure it works. It's hard to envision a book coming out of an HP Indigo Press and flying into a kid's hands. Might be better for a viedo project down the road.

Like the simplicty of Draft 21, I would suggest leaving that one as is, I've given that one a four star rating.

Designers: We have some really great designs so far and appreciate your efforts. We were hoping that someone might be willing to try a book flying off a printer/copier like device into the hands of a child. Might be a little too hokey but it would tell a story. I'll try and sketch it and uplaod my drawing as a PDF. Might be a little too late in the process.

Regarding Font questions: Please do not limit your logo design ideas to the font. Be creative as you present LOGO ideas. Trying to tell our story through an effective logo. Great questions!

@hatter Thanks for the designs! Knocked out design 3. Sent you a private message about the other two.

draft#1 @blueblu Like your NECTTA design better. Try that route, maybe playing on books instead of blocks. Just a thought!

Getting lots of good questions! Thought I would share this thought: we would prefer not to have the book characters in the sample web page in the logo design. These characters are specific to one series of books, not our entire line. Our logo should represent who we are as a company, a personalized, print-on-demand book company. We would prefer to have our font used in the Logo, that is Eyeful. We will make it available to the winning designer, just use something similar and we can visualize our font in place.
