#137 Can you move the logo to the top, and center the vertical alignment of the tag line.
#136 Can you try to move the contact information to the right side of the card, and move the logo and the name to the left.
#131 Can you try putting the logo at the top left corner, and the name vertically centered and on the right side.

#114 could you make the edges of the accent more like draft #112 to give it that silver shine.
    Thanks

#107 I really like the design, the color is slightly on the Orange side. As I have said before I still struggle with the one sided card and being bilingual. Still a decision I have to make, and it is getting harder, because I can tell I like the concept.
#108 and #109 I like #109 better. Nice clean look, and also nice accents.
    #110 not for us.
#111 I like #104 better, similar concept, but greater contrast. Generally speaking, I like to have the red color present in the card with authority.
#112 and #113 I like #112. Like the silver line on the sides, and the general arrangement of the text is calmer.
#114 thank you for looking at my samples, and working it in the design. I like the draft, and the layout.
#115 Also nice, but is similar to the cards of a client of ours.
#116 and #117 I like the layout of the text. You have a great ability to arrange the text and keep the card clean and neat. I wonder if in #116 might look better without the red box around the contact information.
#118 I like the idea, but this design got busy and a bit confusing.
#119 Really like it. One thing I would change is if there is a more appropriate font for the tag line. The current font is too basic and simple. I'd imagine something more assertive would go a long way.

Thanks to all, and I look forward to receiving any updates or new drafts.

#98 I like the concept of having a single sided card with a design on the back. But I still struggle with how well that would work with a bilingual card, without offending any native speakers of either language.

#100 I liked that you used the white tone for the logo against the red background on the flip of the envelope.
As I said before, I am not a big fan of curves for our company. I believe we need something sharper.

#101, #103, #104 thanks for making the changes. I like the way the business card looks in #104. And I believe it could be combined with #103 for a nice package.

Draft #99 I love the creativity in the layout. I am assuming obviously that the logo would be the original and what is posted is meant to represent that.
On the stationary, and in general, I would prefere to keep the logo straight and never tilted. A watermark with a similar concept on the stationary might look good.
The back of the business card is a little busy for me, and I would still have to think if that card would be considered a bilingual card.
    But great marks for creativity.

On draft #88, please remove the red watermark. I like the design of draft #84 more. Also please remove the watermark from the business card.
Draft #86 is nice and clean.
Draft #92 is also good, but the red on the sides, and in the logo is a little more on the orange side.
Draft #95 is nice, but does not meet our bilingual requirement. I know that one side cards can look nice, but we need to have two languages on the card. If someone has other creative ideas to accommodate that rather than just mirror the card, I'm happy to see them.

I am listing below a few sample cards that I found, and think that might be interesting if we could utilize some of those elements

    1) http://www.ventrian.com/Portals/0/Blog/BusinessCard/BusinessCard2.gif
I like in this design the way the name is in a different part, and has a nice contrast to the card.

    2)http://behance.vo.llnwd.net/profiles/79341/projects/115909/793411218443131.jpg
I like the layout of the information and how they are grouped into logical elements if you can see the grouping.

    3) http://www.logodesign-uk.com/wp-content/uploads/2008/09/business-cards-uk.jpg
I like the use of the grey part for the website. Also nice and clean layout of the information.

    4) http://yannickdecosse.files.wordpress.com/2008/05/concept-lab-blog-business-cards.jpg
Not a great fan of the curve on the card, but I do like the use of both vertical and horizontal text. It may look good, but I'm not sure.

    5) http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_DA1WYAOFT4A/SaigNltqznI/AAAAAAAAAG0/kOGsCwT6Nbo/s1600-h/1.jpg
I like the accent to the left of the card. If we are to utilize something like that, I would put in the following text "High Tech, High Impact, High Value" and if space allows also "Security Solutions"

    6) http://www.jgwdsolutions.net/images/business%20cards.jpg
Another way utilizing both vertical and horizontal.

Thanks for all the efforts, here is some feedback:
    General:
    - I do not like large centered logos, prefer corner or side logo.
    - I like the presence of white space on the business card.
    - I like sharper designs, utilizing more straight lines than curves. Some exceptions are there where the curve is more masculine or agressive. Such as in draft #58
    - I like the utilization of different color for the name, or using two colors in the font of the business card.
    - Water marks are OK if if they are similar to what is used in draft #73
    - Do not like the flood of black.
    - The name should always be under the logo, unless as in drafts #58 and #68.
    - In some of the drafts, the glow causes the red color to turn a bit on the orange side.

    Specific:
Drafts #80, #81, #83 look good side by side, but when viewed as one side only does not look as good.
Draft # 78 i really like the cleanliness of the look. I also like the silver line, maybe could lose the right accent, and incorporate some of the guidelines mentioned above.
Draft #58, #64, #68 please remove the watermark.
Draft #58 the C5 envelope would be better if the curve vertical like the business card and DL envelope. Also, on the flip the of the folder, because of the red, the logo is not clear.

    Hope this helps all.

    Dear designers,
I've eliminated some designs that were repetetive or were replaced with new ones.

Some feedback as to my star ratings:
Our company is a Security Solutions company. Therefore, I have not given high star ratings to any designs that are too busy, or sporty. I believe that our corporate image should instill that confidence.

A general note on the watermarks in the designs. If you are going to use a watermark, please do not tilt the logo. This goes back to the image of security and stability that our logo represents.

I have also not given high ratings to those designs that were too simplistic or plain.

I've given draft #4 a 3 star because the design looks good, even with the use of the grey color in it. I do not think that draft #4 was updated to meet our requirement as far as logo alignment, and accommodating for the Arabic on the flip side.

Also, I would like to stress again that we are looking for the complete package. I will rate the designs that come about, but we cannot finalize a design that has not submitted to us all the items I had asked for which are:
    1) Business Cards
    2) A4 Letterhead
    3) C4 Envelope
    5) C5 Envelope
    6) DL Envelope
    7) File
    8) PPT Template (Optional, but preferred)

    Zenko,

    Thank you for your submissions.
May I just note that on the back of the business card (the Arabic side) the artwork need to be mirrored. Arabic is a right to left language.

This is a sample of what it I mean

    A general comment to all.
Do not worry about getting the Arabic font right. I would love it if you did, but I understand the difficulty of the Arabic fonts, and the printers locally might have a wider collection of fonts.
I do ask that you allow for it in your design though.

The contest will be judged on the design for the English font, as the Arabic should mirror it on the business cards.
Again, I would like to emphasize allowing the necessary space and taking into consideration the presence of the Arabic font though.

    Dear Designers,

I look forward to seeing your work.
I just wanted to let you all know, that this is a truly expedited project. We probably will not wait for the full 7 days, and rather conclude within a few days at most.

    Good luck to all
