Thank you very much - Everyone of you designers for all your submissions. I know many of you submitted many ideas for this logo and put your creativity behind them. I actually would have liked to chose more then one but could not. Thank you so much again.

Yes. It has evolved to that as my preference but only after many submissions. Thank you.

so,i notice the client wants a logo with a "roof" on the top of the type, right?

#32. Thanks for your submission. Could you put a slight hint of a gutter on that front slope of the roof and then a slight hint of a 2-3 horizontal lines on the gable there to hint at siding. Also, a different font for Southerus please. Thanks.

#57. Thank you. I would love to see this with out the circulare shape above the roof and then see it and #60 in a grey and black format as in #2. Thanks again.

#50. Thank you for your additional submissions. Could you please take #50 and shave off the rounded parts above the roof so it is triangle shaped. The round underneath roof can stay. Can you also give me a grey and black format as in #2. Thanks

#27. Thank you for your revision. Can you please make the graphic to the left of the name a little shorter and the overheight of the roof shorter as well. I also want to see it thicker. Can you please put it in a grey and black format as in #2. Thanks.

Thanks again everyone. I hate eliminating any of them as I know you all are putting your creative hard work into them. The reason I am requesting different things from different designers/designs is because I am not good at creating or visualizing what I want to begin with. When it comes to something like this - not a strong point of mine. I do know though that when I see what I like I will be sure of it and run with it -so it could be any possibility.

    Nadya -
I like the different elements of your designs. So far i'm liking #28 and #24 the most of your 4. I didnt consider the color gold/yellow in #15 but I like it. If I could please get you to change those 2 windows in the house into a triangle gable vent (can google it). I would like to see it that way. Also, could I get you to do a variation as I requested for #25 and #26?

#25 and #26. I really the bulkyness and illustration of the roof alot. Please explore usuage of colors as stated in other posts. Also, Im wondering if I can get you to design at an angle in which a person was laying down in front of the house and it was towering above them rather than looking at it straight ahead. And the horizontal lines that outline the name I would almost rather not have and see what it would look like with out them.

#10. You read my mind and uploaded #27 before I could even post. I was going to ask for a thicker bolder font and graphic in 3d. Can you explore the color usage from my above posts? I would like to stay away from fluorescent colors. Also, maybe a slight hint of the other elements of work that we perform - I mean barely noticable.

#4. I really like how clean and sophisticated in a way this is yet simple. Can you do something to try to minmize the amount of empty space inside the house. Shorten the wall maybe or something. I like it though.

#2 and #23. I really like the use of the 3d "architechtual" style of the roof. Definitely my favorite style so far - almost as if I was looking at a picture of a roof on a set of blue prints. I also really like how clean and professional it looks. Can you try to incorporate the other elements (gutters and siding) into your logo.
#2 Also, please explore a bolder thicker font and I would like to avoid the bullet points in the tagline - bars instead.
#23 Also, please explore use of other colors. I would like to stay away from black as the predominant colors. As this unfolds im liking the browns, orange, yellows, greys, etc instead of the blues reds etc.

Thanks to everyone for all of the design concepts so far. I have intentionally kept myself from commenting too soon just so I could try to get as much concept variation as possible. I will start today though.

feedback would be appreciated so that I may improve on existing designs, or create an entirely new concept for you.

    Thanks!
