  We research first call resolution in call and contact centres. We measure the proportion of calls handled first time by call centres. We get paid by the call centres, not the public.

The PoY (Product of the Year) file is a current image used on the advertising material of many, many household brands. It is strictly controlled in terms of format.
We need an equally simple logo that we too can use of many, many client's advertising. A simple image that achieves the following is required:-

a. Clearly connected to call/contact centres
b. Simple colours such a red/white
c. Clear use of the text "Right First Time d. Contact Centre"
e. Also to carry the TM (Trademark) logo as can be seen on POY.

Also attached is a concept design for the logo (this is for guidance purposes only)
