Designers, you people are incredible. Some really nice stuff here in the past few hours. Not long to go until I'll have to decide, thank you for making it hard on me! Anyone could still become the Winner...Some of those 3 stars are really 3.5, just not quite 4. I'm still hoping someone gives me a 5 Star Design!

#127 copied from other designer's design

    alamin, dont do it

Designers, I just figured out the star rating system. I'm sure hoping someone submits a 4 or 5 star design before this Contest ends. I know in my brief I said I wanted to stay away from the typical roof outline, but if it's done right and creatively it could work. Please focus on the blues, bronze/brown and white and a Sophisticated "expensive" look. THANK YOU FOR YOUR HARD WORK, I'm excited to find the Winner.

alamin, I don't usually like highrise building outline logos, but your Draft #86 is excellent. It's a creative twist on the typical highrise skyline. The red doesn't work with my office colors though, so could you use the blue, brown and white(like #91). Thanks Again All you Designers on the great stuff your doing!

    hahaha thats was me...thanks

alamin you should withdraw your design #81 before i reveal another contest from 99designs where the same design has been used by a different user. so it is kind of obvious both of you didn't make that design. thanks.

Designers, please stick with the brown/bronze color with blue and less grey/silver. There are some really nice designs out there and I'm certain one of you will Draft something incredible that I will instantly know is it. There are elements I like in ALL the Drafts that I have Not eliminated. Thanks again for all your creative work so far!

florinake, I like your graphics in #27 & #28, definately sophisticated looking but haven't quite figured out the Real Estate tie in?

Jordan, not a bad first effort but I know you got a lot more in that brain of yours!:)

Showcase : Thanks for your words in apperications of creativity :)

I've used an typeface that is reflected within real estate/buildings/architecture. The type is a very structured and sophisticated sans serif typeface. The symbol is also structured made up from triangles and squares, the same as any building.
The symbol is simple, which is modern but not too modern. The symbol will be well recognized, not just another cluttered logo. (looks good on its own and with type)
The design is corporate, friendly and professional with that friendly approach incorporated within the companies colors.

Great stuff Designers! skumarpune, nice work in #13, creatively forming a house shape out of two human forms holding hands. This is the type of creativity and out of the box thinking I'm looking for. Please read the brief everyone..colors are to blue and bronze(dark copper/brownish) and white. NO RED, NO GREEN, NO YELLOW...etc. Looking for a Sophisticated yet creative look. Keep up the great work Designers...There is a winner among you, I don't know who yet. GOOD LUCK.

Showcase: here is my new thought to this contest, showing 'single family' in abstract form of home, the area where you sell properties.

Thanks you fellow creative brains for putting good words about my creative juices !!

alamin, your #1 is more the direction I like and looks more sophisticated than #7 and #8. Not a big fan of high rise rectangular building shapes(almost as common as a roof outline) We sell a lot more single family homes than condo's or high rise product. Looking for a unique/creative way of incorporating Real Estate into the logo, something I haven't seen before. Thanks for your efforts so far...

  • March 13, 2010 11:07 PM alamin

ITS A REALSTATE COMPANY. SO I TRIED TO REFER THAT IN MY LOGO...

Thanks designers for the work so far! You're a talented bunch. I like the background blue color near the bottom of Design #4 and I'm thinking the brownish/copper color in all of them needs to be a little darker like an oil rubbed bronze color.(sorry if my pantone color # was wrong) Alamin, I really like your graphic but not sure it ties into Real Estate, I'll have to think of another Company I can use it for. :) I get the feeling this is going to be tough to decide on. Skumarpune, like your color combo's in #6, but triangles make me think of a sails..Buumig, very nice-like #2 and #4-really like the lighting on the cube but what else could you use rather than a cube?

Im really liking draft 1 alamin
