    I am curious, I carefully adhered to your requests, but yet all of my drafts were immediately eliminated... I am wondering what it is that I missed?

    General Comments to All Designers:

    In the last 24 hours of the competition I expect many last minute submissions that will not be able to make the necessary changes and revisions to their designs if they start from a base that is not inline with the brief or general design comments left in the commentary section of the page. I recommend reading the brief and the comments before starting any of the designs at this late of a stage.

    I have not yet awarded and finalized my decision as there are too many great designs to choose from. But there can only be 1 Winner and only one design that will be given the 5 STAR Rating.

    Your chances of submitting a winning draft is still very possible. But at this point only the best and only the highest quality submissions can truly compete.

    Go ahead and give it your best shot.

    Best of luck to you. But Rahul I have listed in the general commentary if elimination without feedback is based on the following previously stated:

    "Any of the design drafts that do not meet the requirements of the brief as well as the below listed will be automatically eliminated from the competition without need for feedback:

    1. Overall logo design is simple, clean, easy to understand, unique and original. Please use simple text in a solid color (No gradients or dual tone fonts)
    2. "عقاري" in Arabic is the focus of the logo text and should be the primary part of the design. Remember letters must be connected and not submitted as individual standalone letters or misspellings
    3. "3A8ARI" in English is a secondary element which should be much smaller and shown as the URL (3A8ARI.com or www.3A8ARI.com)
    4. The home icon should be simple and easily recognized by anyone seeing the logo (Real Estate)
    5. An overall design that says LUXURY, LUXURY, LUXURY
    6. A Color Theme that is classy and elegant. Avoid tacky and bright colors that degrade the overall design image
    7. Creativity and design quality in integrating / combining the Arabic font as part of the "home icon" will be a bonus
    8. Blatant copying/plagiarizing another designers work will be eliminated "

    As a reminder to all designers are the rules I have specified earlier.

    Also note that the CHALLENGE of this contest which I have clearly listed within this project lies within how YOU can capture the requirements of the project brief and yet design a logo which can stand out amongst the crowded world of brands and logos in the real estate world.

    The same sort of logos which all of you designers have submitted is shown here in our contest. The reality you see here in the contest is the reality in the real world.

    It is very difficult and requires a great designer to create a real estate logo design which is beautiful, simple, clean, easy to understand, unique, original and stands out of the crowd.

    So instead of running away from the challenge which I have seen some designers already post they were quitting or you can take on the challenge and see if you can design what others have been too scared to do!!!

    Draft #178:

    This design will be accepted as an alternative to Draft #177 which will be eliminated.

    There is a lot potential to further improve this logo with the some optimization and fine tuning.

    Pros:

    - Logo combines both text and home icon into one design
    - Captures the industry type "Real Estate" in a simple, unique and relevant design

    Cons:

    - Colors and theme do not reflect luxury and elegance
    - Quality of graphics can be improved
    - In the word "عقاري" the last two letters "ر" and "ي" appear to be distant and separated.

    Required Changes:

    - Fix the letter "ر" in the word "عقاري" it appears low and laying on the line
    - Work on the height of both roofs the smaller left one extends to cut off the "ر" in the word "عقاري" also the larger right appears to be too high relative to the small one
    - Once an optimal arrangement of the letters in the Arabic font is in place further fonts can then be explored

    I had stated before your posting of this draft the following rule in the latest general comments to all designers:

    8. Any blatant copying/plagiarizing another designers work will be eliminated

    I had also given DanArt who submitted draft #154 they same instructions to reach a very similar design to yours.

    Given the great deal of similarity in your designs and in order to avoid any confusion, design copying and more than one designer working on the same design you will have to do one of the following:

    1. Withdraw this design and work on a design that is more unique and original to your work around the same theme and design concept around your current draft
    2. If DanArt does not resubmit a design that meets my comments on draft #154 within 24 hours then you may resubmit the same design

    Pros:

    - Logo combines both text and home icon into one design
    - Is industry relevant

    Cons:

    - Theme and Colors do not reflect luxury
    - Quality of graphics must be drastically improved
    - Font is too sharp and cold does not feel inviting

    Recommendations:

    - Attempt to integrate the landmarks I have listed into your design

    Till now is the best attempt from the drafts submitted to integrate both the text and home icon design into one. There is a great deal of potential to further develop this logo with the right changes and fine tuning.

    Pros:

    - Logo combines both text and home icon into one design
    - Captures the industry type "Real Estate" in a simple, unique and relevant design

    Cons:

    - Colors and theme do not reflect luxury and elegance
    - Quality of graphics can be improved

    Required Changes:

    - Try an option without the moon/sun/crescent above the house
    - In the word "عقاري" the last two letters "ر" and "ي" can be modified slightly to complete the shape of the house:
    a)raising and reducing the size of the "ي" the last letter
    b)then extending the "ر" below it to complete the line going left.
    c) further aligning both letters to complete the design of the house
    d) once a nice arrangement of the letters in the Arabic font is in place further fonts can then be explored

    I look forward to seeing the rest of your submissions as I see a great deal of potential in your design capturing the above comments.

    Pros:

    - Logo combines both text and home icon into one design

    Cons:

    - Home icon should show the house or part of the house integrated into the logo and the building appearing behind it in the skyline or background. Also consider adding another landmark
    - Design and Colors do not reflect luxury
    - Quality of graphics must be drastically improved
    - Font is very common and cheap looking
    - More creativity to capture the requirements of the brief
