It took me longer because I just couldn't decide. I posted my finalists on a professional photographers forum and they chose differently than I chose, but their response was overwhelming. Their choice grew on me so those that didn't win, once again, thanks so much for your wonderful designs!

3lysium79, please note that stationery design is not allowed in a logo project.

Wow! You all rule! I received sooo many wonderful submissions. There were alot that I eliminated that were great designs but for one reason or another just weren't "me." I feel so bad that so many people put in time and just kept throwing more and more entries at me all at once and I can only pick one winner. You've made it really hard as there are definitely at least 4 designs that really fit with the look I want to project on my website. I've been busy with a wedding all day and will be tomorrow but will be sure to make a selection come Monday or Tuesday. Thanks again for your hard work and wonderful creativity!

Not really cutesy and fussy, but simple....

Anyone else who'd like to try out things with orchids, I'd love to see that. Not what I was originally going for, but #35 is definitely one of my top 3 or 4 and I'd be interested to see what other people come up with, too.

Glad you like it! Let me know if you want me to make any modifications to it. Ella

Ooh, 3lysium79. I'm liking #35. Not what I started off thinking of for logo but that's why I love the creative process how things evolve. Definitely one of my favs now! Have to stop thinking about it so much for a bit and come back tomorrow. Definitely liking the orchid idea and how you incorporated to still seem "outdoors" if that's the right word AT ALL???

Wow...so many talented people. I feel bad ranking things or eliminating but even though some things are very good, it's jut not my taste. I'm liking #27 how the butterfly is actually "attached" to the name and the little splash of color. I like the feel of movement with #30. Like the concept of #22 but little too cutesy for me. I really like the fonts used for #20, 27 and 30 but the font used for #1 is still my fav. A script feel without being too fussy. I like the more clean and simple feels of these while still looking like a pretty handwriting. Feminine! Don't want to use an image because it HAS TO BE ABLE TO BE MADE VECTOR!!!! I assumed that the finished product would be delivered vector and I think I may have taken that for granted. I love orchids so #13 makes me think that maybe an orchid vector image would be cool incorporated. (not really wide open skies though...hmmm) Thinking out loud via comments...dangerous! Thought #26 was a cool idea but I need something a little more romantic! My biggest money maker are brides so I need something you would want to see in an upscale bridal magazine. More high class (elegant?) instead of cutesy but not stuffy with lots of swirlies like font in #15.

Hope all these comments help and don't just add babble. Would have gone back and added to brief but it won't let me. :(

I like #1. I love the font, stroke of the butterfly and overall feel of it. But I'm not crazy about it being a butterfly. Kind of girlie cliche. But I get the association with sky. I'm not sure what artwork can be used that says wild open skies but is a bit more...don't know...moody or dramatic symbol. Something symbolic of something deeper. I'm so used to being on your side of this hearing someone else say "I know what I don't like, but I'm not sure what I want...can you read my mind please?"

I like the flow of #2 and how it's all incorporated. Just not crazy about the petals. I think I like how it's horizontal and a bit more compact.

I'm hoping the logo will kind of fill in the thought of skies for me that isn't outright spoken in the name.

Both GREAT starts and already changed the project to guaranteed payment because I know I'll end up with something I want.

These links are just examples of personal taste. Please don't limit yourselves to varying these designs.

Haven't done this before so if I see some stuff I start liking, I will change the project to guarantee and start raising the prize. I definitely appreciate the effort that goes into graphic design.
