Peg City Property - Business Logo

  Peg City Property

Got a problem? We can help.

  Yes

My company is called Peg City Property. I am based in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. "Peg" is short for Winnipeg. Locally Winnipeg is sometimes referred to as "Peg City".
Peg City Property is a real estate investment company which assists people in difficult situations who need to quickly sell their property, or at least have the payments taken away. We assist by either purchasing their property at a discount for immediate cash, or we make their payments if they have no equity in the property. If we purchased the property, we locate another local investor who may be interested in purchasing the property for their investment needs. Its a Win win win situation, client gets relief from their debt quickly, an investor is able to purchase the property I secured at a discount, and my company makes their fee. Basically, we cater to the customer and investor's needs to assist all.

As for the logo, it needs to have something to do with property, whether commercial or not, it also needs to convey a "local Winnipeg flavor" so people feel comfortable just by looking at the logo.

****NOTE: We are NOT realtors, we are investors.

I'm not too sure what would be best in this situation. I would like to avoid too many dark shades or colors. It needs to stand out.

  not sure

  Winnipeg landmarks would be great.

Please google: "provencher bridge structure"
Then check images.
This is a local landmark that everyone in Winnipeg would recognize, and make them think "Peg City".
This bridge would be perfect if it could be incorporated into a logo with the company name. (It is a long spire on a bridge, held up by many white cables).
