    Hi

Just to let everyone know we are just looking for a cosmetic redesign and a new map on the home page of Mayfair, we dont want buttons changes around etc or a new website, everything must stay where it is, just change the look and style with any further tweaks to the design..

Project brief below it is also in the attached files

    Hi

We need our website redesigned you must take a screen grab of the website so that any redesigns fit to the templates.

We need an amazing map of Mayfair that needs to be on the home page( replacing the current map ), we will be removing the other areas such as Kensington etc. The map will be of Mayfair with another section around it which will be called ''all areas''( like other areas currently ), any properties that fall out of the Mayfair area will be in the all areas section...

The other pages will also need to be resigned matching the home page style.

The other pages will also need to be resigned matching the home page style.

You can find information on Mayfair below

The location of Mayfair is in the url below

The website will need to look professional, corporate, user friendly, Mayfair orientated, up market, informative, and have all the features we currently have and more that you can recommend to generate more sales…

The design will need to be logically conducted taking into consideration market research into good website design/practice and layout etc so that users spend time on the website etc..

    Technical details

The graphics need to be sent as ai or psd files (Please make sure they are compatible with CS4)

The whole site is 990px wide comprising of a left panel 234px wide and a right panel 756px wide. The quick search is fixed, everything else you can get by screen grabbing.

The window is 756 px wide and the height can be anything (within reason). If you do a screen grab of the existing site you can use that to see how best to make it fit.
