No color preference (basic colors), although I'd say darker rather than too bright of a "look".

  not sure

I think I like several concepts (any of which may be combined). I'm no graphic designer, so please feel free to break free or deviate from my ideas below.
- the logo could be focused on the letter i.
- the letter i may represent the "source" or focal point of an idea
- the letter may be encompassed in a circle, or partial circle, or anything "bright", like a spark, a light bulb ("idea"). Note that I couldn't really come up with a good depiction of the circle around the "i" concept.
- I like the idea of something abstract, that can be detached from the actual company name (like the Toyota logo)
- I will be creating stationery and business cards, and maybe affix the graphics alone or graphics plus text (full company name) to advertising material.
- Innovate Business Tech may be used, of course, to complement the graphic, but if part of the graphic, I'd prefer to have the "innovate" part detacheable from the rest so that I can include it as a motto on a mouse pad for example (or a business signature).
- So, an abstract depiction of the word "innovate" can be used as an alternative to the "i" centered logo. If only presented with these 2 options, I'd lean 60% towards "innovate".
